Was a bit strange that rooms are not at the same place as reception and we had to leave the key, but it wasn’t really an issue. I dislike the little bagged shower gels and lack of shampoo and think they could have done better in providing bathroom hygiene stuff… we ended up buying a small shower gel.

We took a normal king sized bed room and were pleasantly surprised to have a nice spacious place with a small kitchen, a fridge and a balcony. We loved that breakfast is brought to room because I don’t have to adjust to timings of the restaurant and can eat at my leisure in my house clothes. The staff was pleasant and surprised us with some Champaign and chocolate during room service. Decent location, walking distance to tourist places or a few tram stops.

I highly recommend it to everyone. Very good location in the city center. Despite its location on a busy street, quiet and peaceful. A large spacious apartment, ideal for families with children, equipped with all the necessities. The staff was very nice and competent

The kitchen lacked a coffee maker, alas! But we could survive without it. The room was large, but with too small a table, for such a large room, it was indeed uncomfortable.

It seems to have been my best accommodation in Prague. The apart hotel offered a small kitchen, and some things were missing, e.g. a coffee maker. But the staff offered instant coffee, tea, butter etc in more than sufficient quantities. Breakfast was included in the price. All in all, it was above our expectations. Definitely, it is a place where I would like to come again.

There was no coffee machine in the apartment, only instand coffee. The breakfast included is not really necessary, since there are a couple of bakeries (with really good coffee) and a supermarket within 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

Spacious apartment with balcony, very clean. 20 min walk from old city, but the neighbourhood itself is also quite nice. Close to public transport. We'd definately come back when we visit Prague again.

The check-in process is somewhat cumbersome: you have to first go to another hotel around the corner to fill in the paperwork and then return to the reception in the building with the suites, where you get your key. One wonders if it wouldn't be easier to do everything in one place, but ultimately it was a minor thing which didn't inconvenience us too much.

These suites are in a great location a short walk away from the river and a few tram stops away from the city centre. The room is comfortable and with all facilities one needs. Breakfast was served in the room, which worked well for us, but might not be everyone's preference. The suite also contains a small kitchenette, which you can use to prepare a simple meal. All in all we had a great time and would fully recommend this accommodation.

One key per family. Had to leave the key in the reception when leaving the hotel, which prevented us from letting our son go to the room without us. Just a little inconvenient.

Good location, easy access by tram to main train station and rest of the city. Apartment was very clean and comfortable - tea, coffee, etc.. all provided and even some packets of Nutella! Apartments are in a courtyard, so not much noise from traffic, etc. slept fine. Great shower too. Staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful - ill be staying here on my next trip.
