Noise - our room was adjacent to some staff room, and poor sound isolation meant we heard everything. No kettle in the room - need to go to the lobby to ask for hot water for tea. Bed's mattress is too soft - woke up with a back ache.

There was no special view, just the courtyard in the window but it was enough for a short stay. Not sure if sufficient parking would be provided by the hotel, we found parking separately because parking availability for this place wasn’t mentioned on booking.

Very good, professional staff. Exceptional cleanliness and very new interior and the exterior of the hotel also looked nice. Good coffee machine. The hotel is close to the center.

- No tea and milk in the room - only a coffee machine. Not everyone likes coffee... - The reception staff could have been friendlier. - On my second day I returned back to my room, and it had been cleaned, as I had requested. However, about 45 minutes later, the housekeeper barges in to my room without knocking. She's very surprised when she sees me there and hurries away. I have no idea what she needed in my room so long after having cleaned it - I can only speculate, and I find it a little bit concerning... - They tried to charge me for 2 Coca-Colas during checkout, even though I had only had 1. - The rooms on the 1st floor is a bit of a nightmare in the morning, because you can hear the staff speaking so loudly in the reception at around 7 o'clock, so you won't be able to sleep. - The heating in the room stayed on even though I turned off the radiators - it was so terribly warm.

- The room was pretty and clean. - The location would have been great if it wasn't for the bridge closure. - It was nice that there was Netflix on the tv. - The breakfast ladies were very kind.

The room view was not good, close to another wall and a small window... and the bed felt very spongy, when we layed down on bed, we were stuck. Not the best mattress.

The location was in the center and close to shops and main Krumlov attractions. The Hotel was clean and had a good breakfast. Employees politeness on the breakfast room was very warm, the street views during breakfast. Public parking (P2), payed, around 200m from the Hotel, not covered but carefully cleaned by snow tractors.

We wanted twin beds as we aren't a couple so had to share a large bed. It was fine but our stay would have been perfect if we had two separate beds.

Location was beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good range of food for breakfast. Room was lovely with plush bathrobes and lovely products. Very happy with this hotel and would recommend.

The location of this hotel is easily access to bus station and the reception staff are very friendly to suggest where to visit with a detailed map. The room is not big but very tidy and quiet at night. The breakfast provides various choices.

Breakfast a little bit disappointing (no croissants, no hot chocolate...). Also too much unnecessary communication pre arrival, which made me think something was wrong, when it wasn't.

Comfortable and spacy room, nice breakfast. The location is great, just a couple of minutes walk to the main attractions of Cesky Krumlov but at same time far enough to avoid the noise from the streets. Extra bonus the L'Occitane shower gels and creams provided in the rooms!

Unfortunately the housekeeping was not up to standard on the daily cleans and it was a shame the restaurant had closed down, but maybe it will open up again in the high season?

The room was spacious and beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very nice. The location was perfect. The beds were super comfy and the views were just lovely.
