It’s remotely located with no near by supermarkets or restaurants. Only restaurants was part of the hotel.

The ambience is good. Rooms are spacious. Nothing special about the breakfast.

Having lived in Prague several years ago, we enjoy coming there regularly with my family. It is the first time we came to this hotel. The place was great including big size comfortable rooms, nice staff not overdoing it, warm pool and a shuttle to the nearest metro station, making the property easily reachable (we could leave the car there for the week end and commute with public transport/shuttle). Will definitely come back!

All the facilities are wonderful. The indoor pool and sauna made a great end to every day in Prague. The kids loved the playground and the courtyard is simply beautiful. There is no end to things that I love about this place. This will be my go-to in Prague every visit.

We had a great stay at the Castle Residence. The facilities were beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. The employees at the front desk spoke fluent English and were very helpful. There was plenty of free onsite parking and a free shuttle to catch the subway downtown. We left downtown in the evening after the last shuttle and it was only a short walk without the shuttle. The kids enjoyed the pool and mini-golf and the room had plenty of room for the four of us. Breakfast was terrific and we ate at the restaurant on our last night and that was also great.

The swimming pool was closed during our stay which was disappointing as we packed our swimming stuff and we’re looking forward to using these facilities. Yea/coffee wasn’t restocked , mugs not washed/changed after use each day in the rooms.

Staff can’t do enough for you they are all very friendly and helpful! The complimentary taxi to the subway and to the zoo is an excellent service and definitely added to our pleasant experience

Restaurant was hit and miss. The days unused breakfast frankfurters were grilled for the next day and the spaghetti carbonara had the leftover of these in the evening!!! The beefsteak was very nice though!

Quiet location. Good size room. Small but good swimming pool and sauna. On call shuttle ( free) for getting to the nearest metro was useful.

Maybe darker curtains would help in mantaining the sunny light early in the morning less invasive, especially for people coming from other countries, and not used to this flashing light in the morning.

The room was very spacious and sunny. There a lot of space around the bed. The breakfast was nice, maybe more typical cakes would have been appreciated more. The shuttle service is present, but we didn't expecience it, because the only time we requested it, it was already out with other guests and we couldn't wait for it too much.

The staff is gentle and kind. They offer a complimentary shuttle to the metro for east Old Town access. It’s an old, simple hotel but lovingly cared for, clean and comfortable (big rooms!)

Very child friendly, play room in restaurant, pool. Shuttle to metro, that makes going to the center easier. We are choosing this hotel for our next visit to Prag.
