Location is excellent, basically in the city center. It's literally 2 minutes' walk from Namesty Svobody. Staff is extraordinary and professional. Breakfast is great. Hotel building might not look modern, but rooms look pretty brand new and very well maintained. We had a pleasure to have a great view over Špilberk castle.

Underground parking was hard to find (22 Euro/day) Drive on Husova passing the hotel on the right, next traffic lights turn right and turn right again on Besedni .

Internet weak. When I asked about it they moved me to a room that might have a better connection. A little better. Very weak on 9th floor. Stronger in lobby & 5gig instead of 2.4 in room. Only got my VPN to connect once. I've stayed at 9 to 10 other hotels on this trip. VPN worked fine everywhere else.

Facilities nice. Room a bit small but fine for one. Location excellent. Breakfast great.

There was nothing that i could name as "bad". Only personel could improve their english skills.

The localization and variety of products that were served at breakfast were perfect. It was tasty and everyone could something for themselves.

There are some parking slots at the hotel area but during some events this capacity ist not sufficient and you have to park at the expensive parking house behind

Room was too hot. Aircon fan would only blow ambient air. We asked the hotel staff for help and were told the hotel aircon system was off. So we had to choose between a room that was too hot for sleeping with the window closed, or having a cooler room with the window open but with a fair bit of noise from a nearby road and trams. The room aircon should have been available to use, especially given the cost of the room. Not the cheapest but (aircon aside) the quality of the room and location reflect that.

Nice, modern hotel. Good sized room. Good central location. Helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast.

Bathroom is a bit old style with bathtub. Restaurant was crowded in the morning (but it was high time on Eastern weekend...)

Hotel is located in the downtown, just below the castle. Has quite large parking place for a fair price. Staff is professional, and helpful. Rooms are commfortable and clean. Breakfast is super, with huge selection

This is a historical building - refreshed but from the previous epoch - be aware of that. Still, good place to stay.

It was our pit-stop during trip from Austrian Alps - near the city center, with parking in front of the hotel, with very good and diversified breakfast and cosy and clean rooms.

The staff at the breakfast was a bit rude. I forgot my room number, and instead of showing any empathy or willingness to help, they refused the entry. I had to walk back upstairs to check the number myself.

The hotel iThe hotel location is quite convinient, and the entire city centre is in the walking distance. The staff was helpfull and had no issues swaping our twin bed room for double bed. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

Breakfast restaurant was crowded this morning. One section of restaurant was closed off and everyone else was bumper to bumper.

Getting to the hotel was a little tricky using the location given.

The hotel is in a great location being close to several eateries and shops. The breakfast spread was very good with lots of options.

We had booked a crib for our small baby, but when we arrived, they told us that they did not have any available, even though they had confirmed it. As compensation, they gave us a discount on the second day. The staff was mixed, some of them were very nice while other were rude.

The breakfast was amazing and the location was really good.
