We had a problem entering the hotel on the third night. The key didn't work. Luckily the manager of the restaurant helped us by calling the hotel people. Don't forget to take the direct phone of someone who can help you after 8.00 For me, the room is not dark enough at night. But I still think that you shouldn't miss this gem.

Starting with Csesky Krumlov, a place not to be missed, continuing with the nicest receptionist ever, and ending with the amazing 2 bedroom apartment: modern, air conditioned, quiet. Best location. Lift. Excellent restaurant next door.we stayed for one more night.

I cannot think of anything we disliked, maybe a small issue would be that the hot breakfast had a few more choices, but sausage, scramble egg and beans was more than adequate when you also had a lot of cold choices.

Location was really good as not far from parking area and ideal for easy access to castle and centre. It took a little while to figure out the route from the car park, so it would have been good for the hotel to have supplied the route. It was only a very short distance so once we knew the direction it was easy.

Great location. Parked in P2 public parking (can pay by card) and it's an easy walk to the hotel with one flight of stairs. No need to drive into the old town on narrow streets. We loved the restaurant/beer hall Depo next door for drinks and food. Comfortable room, friendly staff, good breakfast spread.

Breakfast was regular,more variety in fruits as well as cofee selection would be preferred.Beds were comfortable,unlike the pillows.Towels would deserve replacement.

Location close to the Castle,nice view from the triple room. Very clean.Uphill from the parking does not make it easy to access with kids and luggage.However this is not fault of the hotel.

The room, staff, location, and breakfast were fantastic. Pretty close to the the tower. We left our lagguage at the hotel and were in the tower within minutes. We got one of the few room with air conditioning, which was quite comfortable in the mid of summer.

It would be nice to also have coffee in the room - there was only tea. Also coffee at breakfast was from the machine and didn't taste that good. But this is not a big problem.

The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to the castle and monasteries (less than 5 minutes walk). Also it is very close from the bus Spicak station. A very pleasant and friendly receptionist, who provided me immediately with lots of tips and advises. The room was great - I liked its wooden balks and all the facilities. Everything was very convenient, totally clean and very comfortable. Beds and bed sheets were great. Electric cattle and tea bags were available, but no coffee. The room has a large flat TV with variety of channels. The toiletries were of a great quality. Very nice stay.

We had a ground floor room with a disappointing view, described as a garden view. There was a step between the main room and the bathroom which was actually quite hazardous particularly when visiting the bathroom in the middle of the night!

Room is very spacious and the location is also great to start tour. It doesn’t have own parking space but p2 parking area is nearby. And the hotel provide a discounted parking ticket.
