We loved it here very much! Location just perfect. Breakfast very good! All clean. Just sockets would be better to be available for people from other countries too... (socket style to be plain and not with extra thing in it, making impossible to use bigger head plug connectors)

The only thing I would say is that if you are disabled the lift is small and goes from The middle of the staircase flight due to being such an old building. This is not a problem at all but if you have a wheelchair you do need to go up or down one small flight of stairs.

It was exceptionally clean, white crisp clean bedding, towels changed every day, the cleaners do an exceptional job, it’s a old building and must be hard for them to keep in such a lovely condition. They really do an excellent job. The breakfast staff were very friendly and the choice of food and the way it was cooked was amazing. Over all a first class service and would highly recommend not to miss the breakfast.

I arrived late so I had instructions sent to my email account with all the information I needed to gain entry to the building. There was no problem at all during my stay and I was able to find my breakfast in the morning and proceed on.

Not the hotels fault but the street was noisy at night and some other residents were very inconsiderate when they arrived back at the hotel after a night out very early in the morning.

Everything where perfect!!!

PERFECT LOCATION... Literally in the heart of old town.... 6 minutes walk from Charles bridge... 5 minutes from astronomical watch... SUPER CLEAN and comfortable room and toilet... Polite staff... Breakfast had pretty much everything someone may need to eat (they even have Nutella) !! PRICE WAS SUPER !!!!TOTALLY SUGGEST!!!!!

24h baggage: the hotel doesn't have 24h baggage deposit, you can't take the baggage in late evening and night. No 24h reception. Outlets: not enough power outlets near the beds.

Location: in the middle of the city, near astronomical clock, shops, restaurants. Breakfast: very good, varied, tasty, good hours. Interiors: very well decorated and historical, both room and common areas. Bathroom: everything works fine. Room size: spacious room, with mini table and chairs. Price: good absolute and relative price.

Really good location in Prague 1. Overall a positive experience with friendly staff and a pretty decent breakfast. We stayed over new years so it was a bit pricy, but still the least expensive quality hotel in the area. Overall would recommend for a night or two. Would come back.

The location of the hotel was perfect for visiting the touristic places. You can easily go to the train station or airport from the hotel. Breakfast was ok. Room was perfect. It was cosy and warm. It felt like home.

Pipes or vibration noises from other rooms can be unsettling at first until you get used to it. Bed a bit hard for me but partner enjoyed it.

Super location, easy bus/ metro ride (very cheap).to 250m from hotel and faster than my friends who travelled by taxi. Hotel full of character, quirky, tiny lift. Breakfast good, lots available but busy. Good restaurants, sights, bars all within a few minutes walk. Superb location. Bag storage good on day of departure.
