Definitely love this place. The room & toilet were very clean; the bed was very comfy and the bed sheet was also hypoallergenic. The facilities were just what we needed. The decorations were unique. The atmosphere was peaceful and very cosy. Very kind and friendly staff, especially Nafissa from Kazakhstan; she was super helpful not only during the sudden booking and check-in in the middle of the night but also throughout our stay. Definitely a great service from Nafissa. Very good location. We will absolutely stay there again if we visit Prague in the future, and we highly recommend others to do the same.

Canada29 Reviews4 helpful votes“Nice, clean, beautiful.”When I offered to pay for the minibar at checkout they didn’t accept credit cards at the moment, which made me feel weird as I had to ask my girlfriend for cash. The rooms have very small bottles of water which have to be opened with an opener, which was hard to find. It caused some discomfort and I’d prefer large bottles that could be opened by hand so we wouldn’t have to ask the concierge to bring us more water and lid opener so late at night.
Friendly staff. Good rooms and general design. Clean atmosphere. Location is very close to a nice promenade walk by the river with a great view. The staff were really trying to be helpful and offered complements. Good value for money.

I absolutely loved my room, it was very spacious, clean and well equipped with an unreal Prague atmosphere. The staff was polite and kind. The hotel is located in the center of Prague, which was very important to me. I liked the breakfast, everything was tasty and at the highest level, there was a variety of dishes, which pleasantly surprised me. I recommend this hotel to everyone and I will definitely return to it again.

This was a lovely small hotel, well maintained and friendly helpful staff. The room Was lovely , clean and lovely bathroom.
