Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanyWe felt that the location is a bit far from the main city centre, and the cost for such location is not so great. However, hospitality-wise and room-wise, it was still a good stay.
The staff, especially Ms. Svetlana was very helpful, understanding and reachable.

SlovakiaThe nightstand was pretty high, higher than the bed and one night I accidentally, hit my head into it. Little bit far from downtown.
I really appreciated that my later check-in was manageable then that I could park without problem and the location near nature.

United KingdomOnly problem was had to buy new batteries for the t.v. remote, and then could only obtain a few local channels, all in Czech, but the good WiFi enabled stations on mobile.
Excellent 22 room pension, clean to highest standard, daily room service and bedding/towels changed after 3 days without requesting. Spacious bathroom and shower, always hot water, fridge and wardrobe in room and kitchenette outside with kettle, hob, crockery and cooking items. Friendly and helpful English speaking young ladies on arranged check-in, albeit no constant reception or restaurant. Excellent WiFi. Pension is situated in good class residential area, very quiet, and totally litter free and easy parking. Although some way from centre, travelling is no problem. Three frequent bus routes, 145, 169, and 152 provide a 9 minute journey to Kobylisy metro station from where a metro every few minutes reaches Museum station in 10 minutes. The return 152 bus runs until 0121, and there is a direct night bus every 30 minutes from Museum to the pension. A local shop is 2 minutes away, but don't expect a smile or mind being charged a cent more than the shelf price on each item!

GermanyThe fridge was sadly making weird noises through the entire night, keeping me up like a snoring neighbor. My partner had no complaints about it though. The foot of the bed has an additional and mostly invisible under the sheets part of the bedframe sticking out. We carried some bruises on our legs home from hitting it multiple times. Maybe it should not be hidden under the sheets so it's more obvious it's there. The walls are very thin as well, we were able to hear our neighbors.
We loved that the room was clean and spacious enough for the two of us. The bathroom was very beautiful as well and I am happy we got towels and extra blankets. We were greeted nicely by the staff and the view from our room to the street and into the sky was appealing. Important for many: the free internet was strong and stable!

CambodiaNot really any complaints.
Price and location are great. Large room with great garden view, just next is the kitchenette and alone great in size as you just need to turn left or right to reach all, microwave, 2-ceramic hot plates, working space in front and the sink with hot/cold tap. Pots, pans, ceramics and kitchen utensils are sufficient available, just need to clean up after yourselves. Just like a home-away-from-home 😊. The place is mostly quiet especially from usually 9pm-6am. 5-min walk to a bus stop to Kobylisy (MetroC-Red) and more ... It's not my 1st and sure not my last stay here, and the staff is 99% accommodating.

CroatiaThe beds were not the most confortable, the water pressure was bad and the walls were very thin so we could hear everything every time anyone was using the common kitchen which was right next door
It's a decently sized room with a private bathroom, it's not expensive and there is a bus station near by

CambodiaRoom is equipment with TV, small fridge, heating, kettle, coffee mug and tea and coffee. Bathroom has soap, but no shampoo, hot water and all works well. Location is a bit outskirts but easy to reach by public transport 20-30 mins to city centre. Here is also a kitchenette for communal use with microwave, small stove and pan's, pots and everything you need to cook a small meal. Outside is a small garden and the whole area is very quiet and peaceful.

The owner / host is the sweetiest Lady :) She even brought to us painkillers at like 10 p. m. because we didn't manage to get to pharmacy on time and got some bad headache. Room was clean and comfortable, everyday we got little cleaning and new towels. The location is pretty good - it may seem like a outskirts, but you got bus and then metro - it's pretty simple to get to the city centre. And she will explain to you how to get there, you even got map at the entrance. She speaks English and Czech and understand Polish :) Highly recommend!
