Room was spacious enough for 4 people, bed sheets very clean! shower cabin small but ok, clean, no leaking. Staff was very responsive to requests although they were very busy all the time. We were able to store our baggage there after check out. Small reception area with sofas and vending machine. Couple shops close to the hostel. 5 min walk to the tram going to the city center (Karl Bridge), 8 min walk to the metro station.

Wish that there was more than one shower in the room, it gets busy between 8 people!

Second time staying, wonderfully convenient location. Well connected to trams and busses, local restaurants are abundant and the whole place felt clean. Managed to get a non-bunk bed too! Staff were super helpful in any requests I had too :-)

I was placed in a dorm with three other males (I am a girl) and the dorm was probably one of the worst since no outlets worked (just one) and we were four people. Even the individual lamps for each bunk needed an outlet so it was just one outlet for 4 people charging their phones/power outlets etc and 4 lamps (which had electricity).. The next day, I had to ask for a change of room (the first time in my life that I had done this) and they were nice to change me, but after I came back with my stuff (literally after 5 minutes) there was another person in the reception which was a bit rude to me. I explained my situation and told her I needed to run to catch my Flixbus, She showed zero empathy or understanding, she just told me to wait for the other person.. So I did, I waited another 5 minutes, and since I couldn't wait any longer, I decided to leave her my key to the room and my stuff in the big room next to reception otherwise I would have lost my bus. Honestly, I am sure she could have been more helpful, but anyways, I sent an email and everything was sorted out after I returned to the hostel that night. The female dorm was really big and all power outlets worked.

The female dorm was okay, we had a separate shower from the bathroom and I would stay here again for the price. Unless I found something more centrical for the same price.

The bed had no curtains and the bed frame wasn’t really sturdy and clean.You have to bring your own shampoo and shower gel. The bottle of water for sale were really really over charged then supermarket.

The bunk beds , they are not stable and make a lot of noise with every single movement.. If this is improved then it will definitely get a 5 star .

It's a cool hostel and the best part is the facilities and the 24 hours front desk. The receptionist on the 8th night (Tiina) was super friendly and gave some good tips about the sight seeing in Prague, she was super helpful.

Beds were not comfortable. No supermarket in the close vicinity. The vending machines in the hotel do not accept credit cards. Noicy boys in the swimming pool, it was like a football match. We had to leave when it started to become annoyingly disturbing.

We stayed in a private room and we are very satisfied with our stay. Swimming pool, sauna was very good. The location is good. There's a tram stop nearby. There's a currency exchange machine in the hotel. We would love to come back to stay here again.

It was a party hostel so it can get quite loud at night but I brought ear plugs and an eye mask which was fine

The facilities are good. Reception is open 24 hours. Beds and rooms are clean. They have luggage storage facility where you can keep your luggage after check-out. Location is convenient, close to Tram station.

Excellent, I have stayed here before. Location is fine, 10 mins walk to metro but there are trams that go very close. It's got a good atmosphere, friendly staff, clean and well organised. Recommended!

We had few instances with staff. On arrival we had 2 staff members at desk. One seemed very unfriendly and second was enthusiastic but most of what he told us was untrue. Seco d instance was when we had rented a locker to keep our passports but staff members opened and removed them from locker which we were all unhappy about.

The value for money was great. We used the pool each day to help clear our head from the beers from previous night. It is fairly well located so everything was within eaither walking or short uber distance.
