Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomIt’s such a shame that when checking out of the hotel I decided to get a coffee from the Starbucks machine. I paid for it and then when I went to put on a lid I found no lids fit my cup. I asked for some help and the staff said it wasn’t her department but then came back and said there’s no lids. As I had already paid and made the coffee in the machine I had no choice but to walk about with it with a lid off. I asked the staff what I can do she said you just have to hold it like that which is obviously very in convenient when we were checking out and about to get on a train. I also realised the lids that were there didn’t fit any of the cups and the hot chocolate I got, tasted of just milk. Really annoying as I was excited to give this hotel such a good review but that really let me down at the end.
Comfiest beds ever exceeded expectations beautiful hotel, great location less than 10mins walk to station

NorwayThe check-in process was quite lengthy, and disappointingly, one of the rooms we had booked wasn't ready by 14:00 as promised, nor even after that time. Consequently, we had to temporarily use our friend's room to freshen up before heading out. Housekeeping only tended to the rooms every three days, although guests can request cleaning at their preferred frequency. It would have been convenient to have a sign available to hang on the door for requesting cleaning services. Additionally, our room lacked basic amenities such as a fridge, water, or hot drink facilities. Even just a small fridge for storing a bottle of water would have been appreciated. It would also be beneficial to have an iron and ironing board provided in each room rather than having to share one among all guests.
The lobby is lively and enjoyable. The hotel maintains cleanliness in the common areas and rooms. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, which surpassed my expectations. It's worth noting that Google Maps may not always display the transportation options conveniently located near the hotel. However, there's a tram station right in front of the hotel that connects to Metro stations, saving guests from unnecessary walking. Depending on your destination, the tram can even take you directly into the city. There are playrooms and library at the hotel. Liked the gym!

Czech RepublicThe breakfast area space might be a little too small for such a large hotel. But if you don´t come in the peak times of breakfast, it should be fine. Also some of the food seemed to lack seasoning, but I understand it is tricky to manage in such large quantities
The hotel is modern, very clean. Room had everything we needed, it was quiet, bed very comfortable, super nice bathroom. Staff was helpful and kind. We liked the wide breakfast selection. Also the location is very convenient - easy enough to get to the city centre by tram or underground (both walking distance from hotel), yet not in a busy area so you can enjoy calm sleep

Czech RepublicSecond time to this hotel and I would love to say, not the last time. Great feelings from first moment once entering the hotel, the positive energy around reception and their team who is keen to help and answer any question and always with the smile on their faces. Room - spacious, clean and cosy. Breakfast service SUPERB - fresh fruit and vegetable salads, bakery product, warm meals, gluten free options....and many more. Outside car park and garage too with easy access. Ideal for longer stays, with many meeting and relaxing rooms, activity room, gym etc. I have only positive words for this place. Ten-fifteen minutes from city centre by tram or Uber.

United KingdomUnfortunately, we had two twin beds together, not ideal for a couple. Breakfast was quite busy; we had to wait for tables, so having a few extras might help, although we understand it may not be possible. The food was okay, considering the hotel's price.
Our stay at the Comfort Hotel was delightful. The cleanliness stood out, and even with twin beds together, they were comfortable. The in-room recycling bins were a nice touch! The 24/7 bar downstairs, though not cheap, is perfect for those craving a drink. The location isn't bad; an Uber to the city center cost us about £5, and I believe there's a subway station nearby.
