The TV was all in German and we were unable to switch but it was a minor thing for the few moments we wanted to watch something.

The apartment has everything we needed and more, fridge, kitchen with everything and it was in a great location within walking distance to everything in the city centre, with the shopping centre just a 2 mins walk.

Too soft pillows, hard and small sofa for this big room. TV is really slow, no coffee and coffee machine.

Perfect location and big bathroom. No keys only cards.

Bedroom is good size but you can only fit one case as the side of the bed near the bathroom is very narrow & access to the bathroom can be restricted & I used the living room to store my clothes which was fine but might be a hassle for some but didn’t bother us & also very small step into the bedroom you might not see which I tripped on a few times which takes you a while to get used but these are very small things you can forgive

We loved everything about it.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Prague. Spacious, clean and totally comfortable. Has everything you need. Friendly welcoming staff met us at the apartment and ensured we were happy. The basin in the bathroom was clogged and collecting water. Some basic food items like salt and pepper should have been available in the flat. Everything else was great!

Even before our arrival, we received clear instructions on how to obtain the keys, and someone was available on the phone and whatsapp coordinating our arrival, and their availability to hand over the keys. We really appreciated someone meeting us, welcoming us, and completing the formalities at the apartment.

The location is really great, really close to all the main sites, the apartment is clean and spacious.

I did not like I was charged a security deposit 100€ - it was already refunded, I just never had this experience when booking anything through Booking.com.

Spacious, cosy and comfortable place in the very centre of Prague. From the window you can see the beautiful towers of Týn Church. It was very quiet at night, comfy beds and big bathtub.

We booked it for 8 people (4 adults and 4kids). There is enough sleeping place, but dining table is for 4, and kitchen dishes are also for 4 people, so no way to eat together for a larger group…

Perfect location. Cosy apartment. Staff accessible on whatsup 24/7.
