The shared balcony with a second room. I would at least add some separation for privacy. The breakfast buffet had only few options. It's true that you can order basically everything from the menu, but at least having some cheese, ham and pastries available at the buffet it would be nice.

Paid parking...that is a bit ridicoulos as there is no other opportunity to park. Also no EV charging.

1. The hotel is far from the city (10 min). 2. Guests not allowed to use the hotel facilities (pools etc.) before the check-in or after check-out. We arrived in early flight and could not do anything until the check-in.

- The room wasn't cleaned once during our stay and was only attended after we asked it to be cleaned. - The service staff were not always consistent and clear in provided information and answers.

Spent 5 days in Czech Republic, of which we wanted to travel for 2 night to Karlovy Vary. And after some researches, and after finding a good offer here on booking, we have booked two nights at Retro Resort. What a joy! Everything is spotless clean, staff is very helpful, SPA area very well equipped, breakfast is rather sensational. Smoked salmon and prosecco to start with. A Bolt ride from hotel to town center is around 10 Euros.

Amazing hotel, five-star amenities, five-star service! When parking and picking up luggage, there is a waiter waiting in the parking lot. When we see that we are Chinese, we will say hello in Chinese, which makes us feel very good! The manager George is a very good person, with thoughtful and enthusiastic service. My family and I feel that it is my favorite hotel in the whole itinerary. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely come back!

Truly amazing hotel. The value for money is very good considering what you get. The location is lovely, a perfect place to disconnect and relax. The staff is very welcoming, always there to help and very hospitable. Rooms: Very clean, big rooms with a cozy feel (very warm and lovely), a king size bed which is divine (haven't felt so rested in years) an amazing balcony with a lovely picturesque view. The bathroom was spotless and very big. In terms of facilities, there is a capsule coffee machine, cups, spoons and plates. The mini fridge is big enough that one can store some other stuff if needed be. And there are plenty of storage options. Breakfast: Large variety of "a la carte" menu, with tasty well rounded and diverse options, which includes french, italian, english and sweet options. Excellent and very tasty breakfast. Facilities: The SPA is amazing. You have everything there, from five different types of saunas, to a big swimming pool (cold water: 28.5 degrees) and the jacuzzi (warm thermal water at 38 degrees), they cover everything one might need to feel spoiled in a modern spa. They also offer a large variety of massages (sold separately). Parking: Monitored parking is available at location, which costs 6 euros per day. For electric cars, the charging can be done for free, from an household normal plug, at the bottom of the light posts. All in all, it has been the best hotel I have ever visited. A truly remarkable and unforgettable stay and for the first time in my life I felt very sad that I had to go home.
