It’s in the heart of the city. A few minute’s walk from Charles Bridge and walking distance to the Old Town Square. And we were given our own keys for the property. The hallway and our room. There is complimentary breakfast and the basic amenities are there, including wifi. The receptionists are very helpful and you feel you got somewhere safe to stay while you ate away from home. Most importantly. There is a lift ( elevator) in the property.

If you are checkin before 8.30 AM , please make sure to inform the reception or else you will have to wait outside the building . Not so good experience especially in the cold weather

The location is easily accessible for all the famous sites, the apartment is cozy , clean and well maintained with all the facilities

Ideal location by Charles Bridge, could walk everywhere, felt safe. Room had everything you need, bath was a bonus and balcony overlooking old town. Will stay again.

Toilet door and the floor in one of the rooms were creaked, it created a problem at nights.

Location was amazing, the women at reception were very welcomed and helpful. Room apartments were very big and apartment was recently refurbished!

Very central to the main touristic points, a lot of options to eat, drink and close to the subway and a major commercial center too. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and polite.

Amazing location and very reasonably priced - only a couple of minutes walk from the Charles Bridge and Astronomical Clock. Cosy clean appartment, staff were lovely, very friendly and accommodated a very smooth check in. We particularly loved the view from the balcony.

The curtains didn't cover windows so some light came through early in the morning.

Easy to collect keys from the reception. Room was decent enough with a fridge and small hob if required. Was in the centre of Prague right next to a couple of Irish bars and a couple of minutes walk from Starometska metro station, 20 min to the castle. Would stay here if i returned.

We visited off season and it was still quite busy as you are right in the middle of the tourist area. If you are on holiday for a few days wanting to see the sights and not have to do too much walking, this is fabulous. We were two mature female friends who have a few aches & pains and it was perfect. If you're looking for something quieter perhaps look for something further away from the centre and be prepared to walk a bit further. Having said that, the apartment was quiet and we weren't disturbed. We loved it.

Great apartment in the beautiful old town a few minutes walk from Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. We had a balcony which looked out over the rooftops - stunning City. The building has a lift so access to all floors is easy. Warm, comfortable, clean and beautiful decor with everything we needed for our stay.

Staff is very accommodating, and open to answer any question. Location is wonderful, and flat was perfect. I accidentally left some clothes behind during my stay, and the staff was kind enough to mail them back to me, which was a lifesaver.

Kitchen needed a few more bowls, cooking utensils, microwave. Kitchen was very new, this might be a work in progress.

A big-sized mirror in the room can be helpful. Currently the room I was in only had a half mirror in the bathroom.

Amazing property. I took room with balcony. Room was very big and so cozy. There’s also a kitchen in the room so you can cook anything you want. The location is superb - Old Town Square and Charles Bridge are just a couple of minutes walk. Staff is also very friendly. Overall amazing experience and highly recommended.

In our bathroom was a localized water heater by gas for a few rooms... I didn't feel safe when it was on and off very often.

First of all - localization - it's brilliant - you can visit 90% of Prague's interesting places by foot. The second thing - customer services - is on the highest level.
