You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

PolandVery nice and clean hotel with fantastic service beginning from the very helpfull sir in the reception, restaurant waiters, to the service man who repaired my broken boot (big thank you - it worked even on the Śnieżka peak) :-)! The historical place with the greate and calm atmosphere in the middle of mountains.It was really pleasure spend time here.Thank you for all, we will come back again for sure.

Localisation is amazing, rooms old decor but clean and beds are comfy. Restaurant didn’t have many of meals available for dinner and from the choice we had were overpriced - if you need to eat, go to close shelter. Breakfast was included in price and at 9am buffet was empty and not refilled. We had to eat leftovers from it. Spa area is ok, made a in 2005 so it wasn’t s adequate to the time it was made. Jacuzzi is green colour with lights on, you have feeling that water is not water, but it’s just my personal opinion. Would I recommend it? No. Would I will back, possibly yes, because of localisation.

PolandThere is no information on the Booking that the rooms are located in a separate building, about 150 meters away from the main building. That means that if you go to breakfast/dinner/supper or would like to use the SPA, you always have to dress up, especially if the weather is not cooperating. Walking in rain/snow and heavy wind for breakfast or when returning from a relaxing hour in the SPA is not pleasant at all. The matter would not be so irritating and disappointing if the guests were informed about the rooms being located in a separate building.
The buildings are perfectly located - on the mountain ridge, meaning you can go hiking in the beautiful surrounding of Karkonose mountains right away.

PolandWe got a room in a separate building, so in order to get some hot tea, we needed to walk 100 meters in blowing wind and rain... No hot beverages in menu besides coffee and plain tea. And the coffee to the breakfast was instant and automatically sugared. Also we selected option to pay in cash on site, but it turned out the staff didn't allow us to do so...
The rooms are small, but comfy, with AC so you can dry your clothes. Also the breakfast was really rich, with plenty of options to chose from and freshly made omelettes.
