Second time in this hotel!!! and for sure not the last one! We love this place, the staff, the cleanest, the design of the room, the near by ski rental place, the closenest to snowtubing activity and their ski lift and the cafe. This time we even understood that there is a streight walking way to the centre and it is really close by. The Hotel has very good with very tasty food restaurant with very kind working staff there. the snooker and bar opened until 22:00.

Breakfast would need to cook better such as scrambled eggs and bacons. Maybe it was me tasting them differently from where I live and what I cook. I am from USA.

Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent position and food. Staff were eager to help: I had a knee injury and required a specific brace before a long trip to Australia.Obtaining this in a day was difficult due to time, availability and language, reception staff made multiple phone calls on my behalf and located the brace. I'm very grateful for this extra effort.

The Hotel is in quite location, close to the snowtubing, slide for sledding and small ski hill that is perfect for kids and beginners. There is a restaurant in the Hotel itself, very comfortable and with tasty food. Billiard and kids room for free. Very kind workers at the reception and the bar. Ski rent is right at the corner of the Hotel, they drive you to and pick you up from the ski. You can rent the ski lessons there also. We took ski lessons with Vojtech for our kid and it was perfect . This place is perfect also for people that are first time there or travel without a car, you have everything needed in one place.

Wonderful hotel in the center of Spindleruv Mlyn. Everything is just perfect: location, breakfast, parking, price. Very nice and welcoming personal. Modern and comfortable furniture, comfortable bathroom and well working heating. I will be happy to stay here again next time in Špindleruv and try sauna.

I've got a room 104, and it's right above the ski equipment warehouse, where it may be noisy, even in the evening. Not annoying, but little bit uncomfortable. But that's in general for noise isolation - it may be little bit better. It would be nice if two parts of the room (we've had family) may be separated, at least with a kind of curtain, so parents and children can have their own space.

This hotel is a really good place, awesome and friendly personnel deserve much appreciation! Everything is clean and comfortable. Food is nice, though not that cheap (for a dinner), breakfast is little bit lean (no fried eggs, that's a pity) but quite tasty. The only negative point goes for a room, see further.

We had a Christmas diner in the hotel for 30 EUR for each person. Dinner was tasty but for 30 EUR it was a bit poor and we didn't have much of the choice, also it didn't include any drinks in this price. Also, I didn't like that we were pushed to pay this 30 EUR and we don't have any other choices even if we didn't won't have Christmas dinner in the hotel.

Very comfortable bad and very warm rooms. The breakfast in the hotel was very good. We received a Christmas gift - a free entrance to the hotel sauna which was really nice from the hotel and we really appreciate it. Also, the receptionist was a very nice and kind person.
