Problem getting connected to WiFi. Broken handle on one of the bathroom doors and key to the balcony door did not seem to fit the lock so it remained unlocked for the duration of the stay. On one of the nights, the apartment above us hosted a very noisey and crowded party which continued until 3am. Sadly, this incident impacted on an otherwise great stay.

The apartment was comfortable and clean. The rooms were big enough to host 4 people and the position was perfect, about 10 minutes by walk from the main square in the old town!

Nothing. The bathroom smelt of drains but there is nothing anyone can do about that as it is so close to the river.

The washer was fine but the dryer was broken.

The apartment was very centrally located and comfortable. It was a little expensive but gave us plenty of space and the kitchen worked well.

the online check in process is lengthy and a bit ridiculous, hotel requires to send selfies and passport photos of all guests- major data protection concern. reception located 10 minutes walking from the apartment building.

The lift broke every day and we were on level 4. 8 flights of stairs with suitcases is not fun. Washing machine is also broken. It has an endless washing cycle which never stops no matter which selection you make.

Great location. Apartment was very big, great for 5-6 people. It was very beautiful and spacious. 2 bathrooms which was great as we were 5 people and that saved us time when preparing to go out. Staff super nice and helpful! They help you immediately (the heater was not working when we arrived, they came and fixed it immediately). We asked for more towels and were given that immediately. Kitchen well equipped and dishwasher saved us time washing up. There was a leak from the sink in one of the bathrooms, but we just did not have the time to call them to come and fix it. It was not the worst thing, we just put a towel on the floor outside the bathroom door to soak it up. But if we had called them, i am sure they would have come to fix it immediately. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

We had problems with the provided code to open the door. We tried almost 45 minutes to call the reception number and nobody answered or they hanged up the phone when they heard that we spoke in english until in one call the answered and provided a new code.

We were there in the summer with 30-35 degrees. The hallway and rooms get rather warm. We requested a baby cot, which wasn’t there when we arrived. As separate people arrange the facilities it took 4 hours to have put in the room.

Very good location in city centre. Quick and safe entry. Spacious rooms. Elevator is also very convenient.

There are a lot of things I did not like here. First is that I got confirmation that I can reserve a parking space and they asked for a license plate number. After that they stopped responding to my messages. On arrival they told me that I did not get response because all parking is booked. The second thing is that the provided code did not work for main entrance. I managed to get inside because somebody opened the door. The third thing is that the water pressure was very low, and it is really hard to get shower. The fourth thing is that wifi password did not work either for 2HGz or 5GHz networks. Other than that it was good.

The apartment is really big. It has everything you need. Also the bedroom windows overlook the backyard, so it is pretty quite at night. The location is good as well, it is close to all most famous things in Prague.

The pillows are quite high would be good to have some varieties of pillows.

the reception is easy to reach and the team is always willing to support. It's been the second time we stayed there and the next time we'll stay for sure again!

I do not like access codes, but it is just my personal opinion. TV should have local channels or SmartTV functions.

Location was awesome - close to metro and train stations. A lot of space in the room - babies were very happy to explore its every side.

there was no decent television we could only pick up all German speaking channels 1 French news channel in English no Czech channels either My son and his family were in an apartment above us and their TV was the same

The equipment in the kitchen could be better. Also because the sofa was set up as a bed for us, there was only one comfortable chair in the living room to sit in. We just had to sit at the table and we were six people. There is more than enough space in the living room for more furniture. Also I was surprised that the TV wasn't a smart TV. Because we ended up dealing with sick kids we spent a lot of time in the apartment.

Great location, really nice and spacious apartment. I would definitely stay here again. There was always someone immediately available to help if we needed something.
