- the curtains are too short and old - very old carpet - not quiet at night due to bars and drunk people outside (but with earplugs its good) - the hot water can stop during showering, you have to call the reception so they turn it on again, be ready for that - the pillows were too big and not full

- location directly in the old town - clean bedsheets, clean rooms - for NYE the price for the quality was acceptable - comfortable beds

In early december ( outside temp 0 C) we received a room quite cold which seems to be the result of lack of preparing prior to check in ( which is 2 pm ) . There was dust on the furniture like everywhere ( kitchen / bedroom ).

Location is near (3min of walking) Astronomic Watch (City Centre ) . Good breakfast; Friendly staff; Sheets were clean .

No A/C or even fan. Because of the noise late at night you have to sleep with windows closed and it gets reallt stuffy during the summer (26C at night). So a fan would have been great! Curtains are really small and barely block the light in the morning.

Not very good for families with small kids, since it can be very noisy due to the many bars and nightclubs nearby. It could have blinders in the windows and also provide extra pillows.

The only reason why I cannot give a 10 is because the street facing rooms windows open right to the VERY loud trollies that run all through the night. If you like sleeping with your windows open you might find that a slight problem

Noice from nearby clubs was overwhelming. No parking, although on booking it says there is a paid parking. No soap whatsoever. TV doesn't work. No reading lights first night, repaired for the second night.

The "apartment" was _not_ what is pictured on the property page (it was in the "Ungelt Apartments" part of the establishment, not the "Black Bear" proper), and felt in several respects like a box-ticking exercise: - There is no hallway, it's basically just a big hotel-type room divided in half; the inter-room door does not lock (it has an actual see-through hole in place of the lock!). This makes sense since only one of the rooms has access to the bathroom, but the result is no privacy for the occupants of either room. How is such place an "apartment", really? It's one only in a very technical sense. - There is a kettle (because it's advertised, I guess) but there's no outlet to plug it in (!). - In fact outlets are few and they are in exceptionally awkward locations. - Ventilation is provided only by windows that look at the noisy street below (it's true that there's no car traffic there, but still lots of happy drunk pedestrians and several restaurants), so you choose between silence and oxygen -- bring your ear plugs! - The curtains don't cover the windows completely, so bring your sleep mask too. In short, not a great place to sleep.

No Air conditioning and no fan in the apartment. If you open the window you get too much noise. in order to have soundproof ... you must keep the windows closed. and then it feels no air in the apartment and can be hot in the summer. Another thing was that water pressure in the bathroom was really weak. This must be fixed.

You are not allowed anywhere. In the end, after a lot of searching for any information on the support line, I was accommodated in a completely different place. We will request a refund. There was a phone number in the booking confirmation, if you call it you will find that it is not working.
