It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room and tea/coffee.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast room is nice and great coffee. Room was quiet and clean. They replaced a light bulb straight away once I mentioned it.

The hotel was located in a quiet and conveniently located area with good connections into the main city areas. Both the hotel and our room were very clean , bright and cheerful and the very pleasant staff were extremely helpful. We booked breakfast on arrival , which at only 5 euros was excellent value and both the food and especially the coffee was excellent…. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a good stay in Berlin.

We found the beds a little too hard.

The location was perfect for where we wanted to be; near family and public transport. It was quiet, off the street. The staff were very friendly and approachable. Breakfast was not flashy but had all we wanted - including pastries and good coffee/ hot chocolate. The room was warm and clean.

Excellent value for money. Great interesting neighbourhood very close to public transportation and Warshauer station. Staff are incredibly kind and helpful and the hotel is within a locked apartment complex with lots of trees and very quiet. I would recommend and I would go back myself.

Nice rooms, perfect for a short stay. Breakfast is nice, staff is very friendly. My check in was later than 8pm, and with the directions given to me everything went very smooth.

Great location with access to public transportation close by, the beds were super comfy and staff very helpful. A quieter area just a short walk to the nightlife and bars in Friedrichshain. I would stay here again.

A little too quiet for me as a solo traveller as I do like to meet and chat with other travellers, BUT, I wouldn't let that stop me staying here again!

The location was perfect for me as I know this area well and therefore wanted to stay here. The breakfast was brilliant with a range of juices, fresh bread, croissants, various rolls, always scrambled egg, cheeses, meats, fruit, yogurt and cereals. Coffee and Teas brought to your table as you required.

The Internet didn't work well during the time I was there, but that was true for the whole area, not just this hotel.

Breakfast was great and this hotel is in one of my favorite parts of Berlin. Overall, I was very happy there.

The staff was great, the outside patio looked really nice and was a pleasant surprise for a room in such a big city (too bad the weather wasn’t nicer, otherwise I would have spent more time outside:-))
