During booking, I had asked for parking, but it was totally forgotten. That was quite disappointing. Luckily there is an alternative parking behind, at the Lidl carpark.

No kitchen facilities, no extra pillows or blankets on request. We booked a private room and it was not cheap. If we didn't need to be in that location, I would have looked at other options.

It was clean and we needed to be near the event we were going to. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is close to train and bus connections.

First of all they say they have parking but the only have 4 spots! If you are not the one good luck finding a space in the streets! My room was above the Lidl’s parking lot and though I was on the 5th floor was loud from ppl and cars! Room wasn’t clean good! Hairs in the shower and funny smell in the pillows also very dirty floor! It’s good for a night or too but not more!

Location is excellent and the night guy was very helpful with my remote control not working, he came all the way to my room to check personally! Room was big enough and I had a good sleep!

Nothing close by at night to buy food, bathroom had weird sewage odour if windows weren’t left open (probably cause the sink was outside of the bathroom), floors didn’t feel clean, crumbs on table from previous guest, chairs stained.

Its like a jock when you go in reception and someone tell you there is a only one room Booked in your name... After showing Conformation the person will first his Kasse and then ll try to call everyone for solution. We derived 750 Km in bad weather and still 1 Hour wait for this Staff person. It's unfair we don't come back heir.

It was good value for the location. Just a short walk to the train station which is few stops to the city centre. It was fairly clean and staff were nice.

The property is at a nice location, not in the hustle bustle, so it is peaceful and not a lot of trouble makers. I have seen families staying in the property, which is a good sign and feels safe. There’s Lidl right beside the property, and the nearest public transport is about 300-400 m away.

It feels like a hostel and I felt judged for having a car to park. There are no options after hours if you need gluten free food.

This is very much a hostel. There is free parking on the road if you can’t get into their car park. There is a pizza machine outside and a disabled parking space if needed. There is a supermarket next door if you are there during opening hours (I think 7-21).

The room was really small and not suitable for longer stay with 4 people. Bathroom is so small it's impossible to change there. No kettle or mugs for tea or any drink at all. Kids beds were not dressed, had to do it myslef. Ok for one night
