Breakfast at 19 eur per person is not good value. Parking is 5 eur, ok but the area does not justify paying for parking at all. Adds 43 eur to a room priced below 90 eur, so 50pc more for breakfast and parking. Will be looking for better deals in the same area next time.

Well placed on A1, easy access from motorway , good rooms, fair price for room, not for breakfast !

Staff & Hospitality - arrived around 8pm and pretty much were ignored at reception. A male staff member was in an office to the left side of the small reception desk area and even though they clearly seen me and my friend who's 6ft 4in, I had to ring the bell to get any response and they then wandered over uninterested and slowly. Even then it was hard going - no welcome, no engagement and even had to show my Booking.com reservation to ensure the reservation was all sorted and included breakfast. They hardly spoke, with no info about the stay and I'm sure they rolled their eyes at one point before placing the room swipe card key on the desk and strolling back to the side office again. Probably the least friendly reception and interaction at any hotel we've visited and it was the same the next day when I went to ask for the 'free' bottled water with the same member of staff. Due to this, there was no way we were eating dinner at the hotel, so very pleased fast food is right next door. The hotel appears used mainly by those travelling through with bikers, truckers and the odd non German vehicle registration in the car park, along with rubbish and a scruffy looking facade. Inside was OK, but basic and not very looked after. Oh well, another lesson learnt.

Not much - On the positive its a good location right next to the motorway interchange and McDonalds/KFC. Our twin bedded room was bigger than most. Breakfast was reasonable and with a pretty good selection, but we expected better.

We booked 2 rooms for a family of 4, but there were only towels for 1 person and only one duvet in each room, upon request they gave us towels for all of us but since we just drove in for the night it would have been nice not having to spend time on requesting extra. The rooms were not cleaned very well, in one of the rooms the complementary sparkling water was opened and half empty and the glass table and remote control for the TV were very dirty.

It was located right off the highway, which is convenient when you are on the road and just need a place to sleep. The breakfast buffet was delicious!

- We have been charged for things indicated as included in the booking (Cot, breakfast for children) for 35€ - The room was too hot, there was a tiny ventilator available, no additional available on request. even as it was only 25degrees outside

spiders in the room, a bit of dust everywhere in the room, staff (at the counter desk on the evening) could not speak English, it made the checkin difficult

We arrived 01:30 during the night. The hotel had confirmed for us that there would be a crib in the room for our 11 month old daughter. There was no crib when we arrived, and the only guy at work in the reception had his first day on the job and did not know where the cribs were and he wouldn't or couldn't call anyone but suggested our daughter slept between us (in a 140 cm bed). Needless to say, we didn't get more than one or two hours of sleep. The room was also very hot with no aircon, and located next to be big road with truck traffic. This had us open the windows which made for a lot of noise.

The location of the hotel close to the A1 autobahn is excellent. The breakfast is also very good.

parking charge. It is a hotel where it must be expected that people come in cars. So it should be included.

Perfect hotel close to the highway. Fantastic nice large rooms with everything that you need for your stay. New and welcoming rooms, definitely a place we will use again as a stop through europe. Fantastic breakfast, which is a must if sleeping there.
