The cleanliness level could be better, there was a cockroach in the bathroom.

It's a good hotel for frequent travelers that want to stay a day or two. Its a good location and generally the room is good.

The carpets were very quite worn out. The construction work was going on, making the impression of lowering in attractivity although it did not affect the rooms.

The website said that check-in would be open until 10.30pm but when we arrived, there was no staff present. We checked in via the monitor outside and it said we had to pay, but we paid already. It was sorted in the end.

After a mix-up, we called a staff member whom was very helpful. Within a couple of minutes everything was sorted, and we were given a card key and allowed inside. Price and location were amazing!!

Everything looks a little old fashioned and could really use some renovation. Also, we were followed by two men in our neighboring room whenever we tried to go to our room they tried to talk to us and walk to our own room door with us. It was somewhat scary.

We can hear people walking on the top floor. The flash of the toilet on our hotel room is not functioning well.

The location is good near the S-bahn and bus stop. The staffs are nice. The room is big with big window.

Breakfast was good with a lot of options of food and drinks, the only disadvantage was lack of warm foods such as omlete or sausages.

The location of this hotel is amazing.It is right next to the train stop and you can get a ticket for free usage of public transport at the reception for the time of your stay. It is close to most of the city attractions. The view was amazing( of the Friedenkirche). The room was spacious and clean. It may not be really modern, but good for the price. The staff was friendly and helping.

It is a very nice hotel with modern rooms, which means 80's style. Our room wasn't cleaned the next day, and we didn't know if it was the policy or if someone had forgotten. There was no soap in the toilet, so we used the one in the shower. There was a kettle and a glass in the room, but without coffee or tea, so we weren't sure why it was there.

The terrace we got was incredible, with a beautiful view and very quiet. We also liked the bed. Very kind staff that is always willing to help.

It would have been very helpful if I had been informed while booking that automatic check-in was available after 11 pm in stead of simply responding to my request with a negative answer. Furthermore it was not indicated at all where the free parking was located.

I can't really think of anything particular. Basically the place met my expectations rather well. Maybe the price could have been slightly cheaper.

Staff was very friendly and we were allowed to put the cooling elements for our traveling fridge into their freezer for a night. Room was spacious with comfy beds and nice bathroom. Thick curtains which block the sunlight completely - nice feature cause it gets light outside rather early in the summer months. The room even had a little balcony but since we arrived late and had to leave early we made no use of it.

The staff and the location of the hotel, close to city center and transportation accessible. Been given a transportation ticket to cover my stay. That was a bonus, a good one.

This time we got a room facing the main street, the cars and trams make a lot of noise even on the third floor.

On the way back we stopped there again, but just for one night. The location of the hotel worthed a second time.

It was a great time in Kassel. The hotel has a great location close to the city centre and in the middle of the way for the attractions. The free transport ticket worths a lot, don't forget to ask them in the check-in. You can go everywhere from the tram station located almost in front of the hotel.

The breakfast is not great and the room was too expensive for one person.

The receptionist was very nice. I did ask for recommendations of the herkules statue but she did not and was not able to give. To be honest she may have been a bit tired late at night.

No free parking for the hotel residents. We had to pay for the private hotel parking cause the public one was full and I had no other option.

Let me start first with the hotel location. It was amazing, everything is near by and walkable distance. I really enjoyed every single walk and I enjoyed the shops near by. The staff is nice and approachable. The room was cute and confortable and exactly what I wanted to have, actually a good one for couples hehehehe… We enjoyed the small balcony when my fiancé wanted to smoke a cigarette. It was a calm hotel, a good place to relax, detox, and to forget the stress of work. Thank you Adesso, you didn’t disappoint me at all. I will come back next time. See you soon xoxo
