There's the kitcher of a restaurant under room 15, it could be a little noisy till 10.30 pm, not too much.

Unfortunately the room was small, bed was not so comfortable, curtains were not adequate for darkening ( in summer this can become more unpleasant). There was carpet on the floor. The toilet was very small, in particular the sink ( if you are taller than 180 cm you can struggle a lot for the space). Personal care products were in short supply: just one sachet of shampoo and one of body soap. Not good value, considering the position. It should be renovated, I avoid commenting on the walls.

I mainly liked the central location and shops and services around the hotel. The staff was very gentle and kind. The shower was wonderful and the hairdryer worked properly. It looked clean. My room was at the back, overlooking a parking lot, so very quiet except for when restaurants threw out bottles occasionally.

The double bed consisted of 2 single mattresses, which were very uncomfortable for a couple + 2 different single duvets

Room was very run down. Although I know it's to be expected in an old building, the furnishings are very cheap and the carpet was old and frayed.

The location, very nice area. Lift. It was relatively comfortable.

At home i have a big bed and with a hard matras. So i am spoiled with my own bed. The first two night i couldn t get the heat out of the room.

It s only to use for sleeping. The breakfast on the corner is great.

There are stairs before we reach the ground floor for a lift to the 2nd floor where there are limited rooms. No air con, with small window. So need to be mindful on time if year I suppose (I came at conveniet time where at night it is cool). Pricey, but is because if the excellent location.

Great location! I cannot emphasize how convenient it is for being near the conference center and the DB Hamburg Dammtor. Then walkable to Alster region which is nice.

The reception was pleasant. The room was a nice size and very clean. We liked the location on a walking street, which was relatively quiet at night. We would stay here again.

The beds had a rubber or plastic liner around the mattress that was extremely unpleasant. I get why it was there, cheaper for overall cleaning, but it was really bad to sleep on.

The bathtub was bigger than expected, really nice. The location couldn't be beat for how central it was to everything in the area.

I wanted to check in on Sunday so the hotel asked me to send my credit card data via email :/ It sounded like a scam so I had to contact them and convince them that I would not do this. But then the receptionist was very friendly and allowed me to pay the day after.

Rooms are a little tired and shabby. The hotel has not been updated or renovated for a long time. The internet is not very fast.

The Hotel was easy to check in to even though I arrived after the reception was closed. They have lock boxes for the keys. Rooms are spacious and quiet.

The only problem was the pillows, they are extremely poor quality. If you don't use a pillow for sleeping I would recommend this place, if you really need it, try to negotiate an upgrade in pillows before arriving or something because you will not be able to sleep.

The location is perfect, the place is clean and the room had a good size.

Polyester sheets make it harder to get to sleep on a warm summer night. The functional bathroom design spoils the aesthetics of an otherwise beautiful room.

Location is great. Room was quite grand with a high ceiling and elaborate cornices. Shower and bathroom worked well.

A very weird smell throughout the hotel and even in room.

Super easy to reach from all bus or train stations. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The room is decent and clean however it could be renovated.

The location of the hotel is great, it is in the city center, close (10 mins by taxi) to the main spots and not that far from the central station (20mins walking distance)

I didn’t not like the bed. The mattress needs to be replaced. There was a board under the mattress but still didn’t make the mattress firmer. I told the staff member at checkout that they need to replace the mattress or perhaps the bed needs to be replaced.

Location was good. U/S bahn was close.
