Building could do with renovations, but it is still ok. Bathroom had little storage space, and the mattress in the baby cot was really too soft so we did not use it.

Staying in the 3rd house, there is a row of open garages to park the cars. However, all are double spots but unfortunately they are so tight that only a single car can enter, which lead to us having to park on the green.

Nice restaurant with exceptional breakfast and (optional) dinner. Pretty and spacious apartment-like rooms. All houses are connected underground, which keeps you dry and warm when visiting the restaurant or the pool. Latter we enjoyed a lot. Also the whole pool area is well-thought.

Everything was great but the area itself is a little expensive

Hotel was traditional, authentic, clean, and exactly what we were hoping for. The wellness area was great especially the outside hot tub and the cocktails delicious. Annette was an outstanding host who is very invested in insuring every customer has a great experience. We needed lots of help getting ski ready and she went out of her way to be helpful. She made our holiday.

Only thing I missed was coffee in the room. Breakfast only starts at 07:30. If you are an early riser that enjoys a cup of coffee then it is something you'll have to wait for....

We did not get the friendliest vibe from the hotel staff. We had large suitcases and I wasn't expecting no elevators in our building.

Great breakfast. The rooms were done quite well with very unique feeling and with plenty of space including lots of storage space. Superb view from our balcony. Nice place to stay in the mountains if you don't want to stay directly in Oberstdorf town. Very cool bed with the wooden frame and movable TV! Bonus also is the hotel comes with a swimming pool.

Great food and very accommodating staff. I asked to put the F1 on and they were more then happy to help. Lovely facilities with a nice location in the mountains. We were very happy with our stay.

Some members of staff made us feel uncomfortable in a restaurant and reception as being rude with us. Showing to us that foreigners are not welcome if do not know german language. Other staff were great!

Bed felt a bit worn out.

Great helpful staff, very clean and comfortable room. Bathrobe and slippers in the room waiting for you. Easily accessible wellness and afternoon sauna area. Everything you need and some nice extras are there, incredibly clean and with fresh bath towels. Breakfast was one of the best I ever had in a German Hotel. And the view is just astonishing!

We requested an extra bed in the suite (we booked for 3 people) but nothing was set up. The staff person who came to help just gave us bedding and my son slept on the couch. Not sure if they have actual extra beds.

The wellness area is better than average: pool is small but kids loved it, outdoor jacuzzi and cold foot bath, and sauna also available for free. Generous breakfast buffet.
