Clean spacious room with comfy (including quality mattress and pillow). Full amenities (towels, linen, hair dresser etc.) provided with ensuite WC and shower. Green policy applied. Within easy walking distance for central and famous sights (easy walking level). Close to main train station with easy access from the airport by train (short walking distance). Variety of cafes, mini-shops/food stores and restaurants close by. Staff is friendly, smiling and helpful as well as available 24/7, if needed. Generally good value for money, a quality choice and in a quiet although central area of the city!

The bathroom could have got a bit of "face lifting", the sink is too small - but well, it'sa budget hotel.

First of all the location is very convenient, close to the Central station and many places of interest. A good choice of food facilities around, from breakfast to the dinner. There is a church right by the side of the hotel, but we were a bit disturbed by the bell's ringing only Sunday morning. Linda from the reception had been very friendly and welcoming and gave us a good advice about the area and where to have breakfast (we haven't ordered it beforehand and had to go out to have it).

The pillows on the bed were very uncomfortable and there were no mini fridge and no kettles for making tea/coffee.

Lovely stay in Hamburg just a short 7min walk from the train station, in a very quiet location, yet with many restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. Room was huge, very comfortable, mine was at the back so perfectly quiet, and the internet was super fast.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The service was great. George, the owner, personally called me and gave the instructions how to get to the hotel and how to get the key from the key box. All went really well. I liked my room. It was clean and nice. Location was great. Breakfast was really nice. One of the reasons I chose this hotel, was these magnificent reviews it has gotten. Now I know where they came from and I agree. This was excellent choice.

the place is a little bit old, bathroom is small and only provide liquid soap. only a bottle of sparkling water provided. little inconvenient when carrying big baggage through the stairs.

located very close to Hamburg Hbf., with 10 minute walk. various choice of restaurants nearby and can find small grocery store beside the hotel. Staffs are friendly, extremely helpful, and give good advice.

A nice small hotel conveniently located close to the main station but very quiet. Stayed just one night but liked it a lot, as there are places to go out very near and enjoyed a good night sleep with open window. Self checking in was easy and the staff was very helpful and quick with answers.

Friendly hands on communication with the staff. In general a very pleasant staff. Location is very convenient, just around the corner of the main station and at the nice St. George quarter at the Alster lake. It's charming because of being so basic
