There were no USB plugs in the room. This would have been an added benefit for personal devices.

I liked its location and the breakfast was more than expected. Also, I ate dinner here and it was delicious!

We were travelling with our daughter and grand daughters and requested two rooms to be near each other. Unfortunatley we were in a separate building and nowhere near each other. We were disappointed with the location of the rooms, because getting from one to the other was like a labyrinth.

The personnel at the hotel were extremely helpful and went above and beyond what you would expect from staff. Janos and his colleague, on reception, were outstanding. The only negative comment I could make about the staff were the two ladies who were on reception the morning we left. They were not very friendly nor very polite. The Location of the hotel is within walking discance of both the town and train.

- Rooms need to have a bit renovation. Somewhere the walls are dirty, somewhere the paint has peeled off. It doesn't cost a lot of time and money. - The pool is only open in the evening, the temperature in the pool is unstable and varies from day to day.

- View is nice. - Location: just 5 minutes walking from the city center, 2 minutes walking from Ski bus stop, 12-15 min walking from central station. - Staff is super polite and very helpful. - Very tasty cuisine and a wide variety of drinks, great breakfast. - Area to play with kids. - You can skip cleaning and get 5 euro voucher to spend in a restaurant / bar.

Dinner: Slow serving at dinner when not eating from buffet; food passable but not particularly tasty, cesar salad chicken was dry and chewy, other food was drowning in creamy sauces. Would rather recommend to go out for dinner, there are many much better locations to eat in Ga.-Pa.

Location, garage, pool small but ok, storage room for storing and drying ski boots and equipment (or bicycles and trekking shoes in summer), modern rooms with cosy flair, good breakfast buffet with much variety.

The pool. It looks so nice in the fotos but in reality I think it hasn’t been renovated for at least 20-30 years. Also the water was very cold even after taking a cold shower beforehand.

The hotel staff was superb! The restaurant staff not so much. The night we went for dinner, one gentleman was fine and other was rude.

The pillows are so thin, would be great to have one good pillow than two thin pillows. The bathroom has a strong smell.

The staffs are super helpful and nice. The location is perfect, close to ski resort and the train station, 10min on foot. The breakfast is good, and environment is super nice. You will see the mountains from the dining room.

The location was perfect! Easy walk to the town center and restaurants, and less than 5 minutes from ski resort(Garmisch Classic). The staff was very accommodating and helpful, and personable.

The bathroom was very compact including the shower and the ventilation in the bathroom was poor but it was updated and really clean. We found the beds quite firm even though I usually prefer a firm bed.

We loved this hotel and would definitely stay again. In particular, the sauna, pool, room, decor, balcony and BREAKFAST were incredible. The staff was incredibly kind and the location was walkable for us. I would love to stay here again in the warmer months!

Front desk and kitchen lacked communication Xmas eve and Christmas day for evening meals.. Got confusing to understand what was on infer for dinner.

The pillow is too too soft even with double. Very uncomfortable. I walking distance from the train station. The gravy pavements are not ideal to drag luggage.

What a wonderful stay! The rooms were impeccably clean, the staff was very very friendly and helpful. All the amenities you could need in your room. The breakfast selection was over the top amazing. Would stay again without hesitation.
