We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyI didn't have matching socks.
The staff were so pleasant, Nothing was too much trouble. I had forgotten my phone charger and they turned over the hotel to find me one. Eventually, the boss phoned his wife and she brought me one from home! The place was immaculately clean, warm and welcoming. Restaurant food delicious and breakfast exceiient.
