The only two things would be the Pillows were not very comfortable and wish they had a bit more warm breakfast items to offer.

We would have preferred an upper floor room (but we didn’t request one when we booked, so totally on us and not the hotel). The room was still lovely and very comfortable

A fantastic accommodation. Not so far from the train station, and easily accessible by bicycle. A very welcoming, relaxing, and friendly place. The sauna is great, and the breakfast very good. Highly recommended!

Non smoking room smelled slightly after cigarettes- ( I have a sensitive nose) Tip: Ask in advance- was not too bad so I didn't want to complain

The breakfast was rich but just needed to space out the hours, to start earlier ( ~6:00AM) and to finish later (~10:30AM). The room is brilliant from cleaning. The staff is frendly. Attractive spa. Plenty of parking spaces.

Well run family-owned hotel in a quiet location in Bad Tölz. Town center is a 15-20 minutes walk from the hotel. Great pool and sauna facilities, nice breakfast, super-friendly and helpful staff. Free parking.

Lovely hotel all in all. The room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The sauna was a nice surprise! Very good breakfast buffet. The online check-in process was smooth.

The motion-detection to switch on the light in the bathroom is a nuisance: if you have to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, you're flooded in extremely bright light, whether you like it or not. And because one wall of the bathroom is glass, it means you're still bathed in light in the middle of the night for 5 minutes after your bathroom visit...this really needs fixing, i.e. changing to a manual light switch...

Lack of vegetarian options in the restaurant menu. My wife is a vegetarian and so we could not eat at the restaurant.

Nice little hotel in Bad Tolz and a good stop option if you are driving through. The hotel has a restaurant with a few options. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way in helping me find a parking spot. The hotel is located in a residential area so the parking on the street is often full. Breakfast was standard German affair.

No Flasche of water inside the hotel room :-( No small refrigerator. Was not able to connect WLAN, no password inside the hotel room. No Coffee machine :-( where we can get warm Coffee or warm Kakao.

There is a balcony. The glass door to shower was safe, no water coming out during duschen. The toilet room is clean. The breakfast was good.

The mattress Was for me too hard and the pillows too soft. No kettle coffee and Tea offered in the room. Poor breakfast
