There was a problem during online check-in in the reception that delays us about 15 min until it solved. Except this, everything else was fine.

Location was pretty good, just next to metro station for U2 line. The room was quite good, comfortable, big enough for 4 people and very clean.

Check in, for no reason the system was no giving the key, and unfortunately my mobile didn’t have battery so was a nightmare to find someone to help. Would be good to have some phone in the reception in case any issue like the above.

AMANO Home is well located in the Mitte neighborhood. There are many places for eating at any time (breakfast or dine out) and it is on walking distance of many places of interest. Very quiet, neat and comfortable. There is no staff to help and everything is online, check-in and check-out. If you need to leave your luggage in a cloakroom, you have the option to leave at Hotel Amano which is 8-10 minutes walk from Amano Home.

Extremely hot in apartment. Air con did not cool the room. Very poor communication. Emailed numerous times, through booking.com and hotel email about the temperature in room, but no one replied. Very interrupted sleep for us all.

Spotlessly clean. Very spacious. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Regular cleans and fresh towels. Perfect location right next to subway.

Bed a little hard, could have done with extra pillows/ sheets for sofa bed but not big issue.

The entrance had signs and it didn't take long to find it but would've been easier if they had clear instructions in the confirmation email. I also asked for no room cleaning but someone came anyway. I didn't find a bottle opener but otherwise there was everything I needed.

The room and the location are great for solo travelling and I'll definetly visit with my partner next time. It was clean and stylish and there's an U-Bahn station (U Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz) right next to it. Takes just couple of minutes to get to Alexanderplatz with U2 (Ruhleben) where it's easy to change trains if needed. Also Google Maps has really clear instructions and timetables for public transport! The hotel changed to self check-in/check-out the day I arrived and it was really easy and convenient. I did the online check-in and just had to scan the code I got in the email in the lobby to get a key card.

On line check and no staff when making the check inn and check out. There are no extra informations from the staff, because there is no staff, only over the phone if you call them. But when you make a contacct with them all are very friendly and comunicative, but the whole process without personel is a bit sttange.

Overall great, if coming back to Berljn sure would come back. The location is great, 10min from Alexanerplatz, 20m from U-bahn and tram. In 100m are few great pubs and places to eat.

The only place for eating breakfast and ec. is the sofa as there is no kitchen table or chairs. There was no toaster.

as an improvement a table and 4 chairs in the living room will make the apartment more confortable in case you are eating at home.

the place, directly connected with the metro U2 in Rosa Luxemburg Plaz a very vital place. The apartment is well equipped and very confortable for a family.

No table/chairs to eat meals comfortably. There was a laundry room but the washing machine wouldn’t start.

Very cozy place. Close to metro, shopping centers ,supermarkets, museums. Amazing place to stay. Housekeeping staff very friendly, cleaning every day. Definitely will come back.

There was no electric kettle despite it being listed in the facilities but no big deal as we realised we could get hot water from the coffee machine!!

The location was excellent. Very comfortable and clean apartment, with nice modern feel to it, lovely large bathroom and can be cleaned every day if you want it. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this accommodation. Great shops, restaurants and cafes all a short walk away and of course the underground station just right outside. Check in and check out was self service, which I suppose is the modern way to do things but we figured it out no bother on arrival and access in and out was absolutely fine!

Brilliant location which is situated right next to the underground. The apartment we stayed in was the XL which exceeded our expectations. The balcony attached had views over all of the main Berlin attractions. The bed was very comfortable and I'd definitely stay again
