We stayed for a night right in the city center and very close to all kinds of restaurants. Rooms big enough and clean, with water kettle, coffee, tea and a complimentary bottle of stilled water. The breakfast were also good. Free Parking in the street from 17:00 to 8:00 then you have to pay €4/hr.

Good location, comfortable beds, great breakfast and kind receptionist. Although our room faced busy street, during the night we heard absolutely nothing due to good isolation.

Finding parking was truly a hassle, there is no on premises parking. The elevator did break and we were on the 6th floor, which was unfortunate, but of no fault to the staff. The shower was set up a little wierd so water kept getting on the bathroom floor, but towels were able to clean it up. There also was not a mini fridge, but to be fair I didn't actually check to see if one was included

I enjoyed that there was Ac in the rooms, breakfast included, and the room was decent. Also, fresh towels brought everyday was nice

The location isn't great. The hotel is quite close to the main train station where there is quite a big drug and homeless problem. Inside the hotel is very safe but I did not feel comfortable once 2/3 minute walk from the hotel.

Property is very unique. Staff is absolutely incredible and accommodating. I have been traveling a lot and I have not met such an amazing staff in awhile. Great value breakfast included. The staff accommodated us with carrying breakfast up to our room as it became necessary due to elderly and a hurt person. I would absolutely stay again and recommend this hotel.

The street from Hbf Station to the hotel is very rough, although is well connected to Hbf Station, literally 5 minutes walking, the station area is dreadful and we were quite scared to walk through it. However from the hotel to the city centre or other attractions the routes are quite normal and we never felt unsafe.

Great location, very close to main streets and museums. We never travelled by the underground because everything was at walking distance. The building is very quite, you can't hear any noises or chaos, we slept very well indeed. Breakfast was good, offering savoury or sweet options; the coffee wasn't too bad to be German.

The hotel was been acquired by Accor/ it has been become an Ibis Styles. So arriving there was a bit weird as we did not know that. They could also give an upgrade to the shower, which was super small.

The location was great. Easy access to several restaurants and main shopping areas. The bed was comfortable, staff was helpful and nice and the hotel reception was quite cool (just like the pics)

Small bath cabin, it is impossible to take a shower normally if you are 190+ sm.tall.

Great stay here. Beds super comfortable. Ideal location to walk anywhere. Few minutes walk to station. Lovely breakfast.

The station neighborhood is a bit scary, we had a super scary episode with a drunk/drugged guy bothering us. The hotel is Ambassador but is also IBIS, it was confusing.

Next to the city center. The breakfast was super diverse and tasty. Good price/quality value.

Not of much relevance to me, but the room I was given was looking onto some sort of inner courtyard with almost no natural light and only concrete. Window would not open.

Perfect location near Frankfurt Hbf. Perfect for a one night stay. Hotel is the same as Ibis, just sold under a different name (for franchise reasons I suppose). So ibis standards. Clean room with comfy mattress and big bathroom. Very small TV with only German stations. Very friendly and efficient staff. The big highlight is the breakfast, one of the best I've had in Germany and certainly better than the Mercure Kaiserhof I stayed in one night before. All in all, highly recommended for a one night stay.

The hotel is hard to find since it’s inside the Ibis Budget hotel. The Wlan didn’t work and the room was very cold since the heater was turned off. After we switched it on it took ages for the room to warm up because the windows were not properly sealed so cold air still kept coming in. You can hear a lot of noise from the outside but we tend to have deep sleeps so that didn’t bother us as much.

The location of the hotel is great since its next to the station and all the sightseeing spots are in walking distance. And it’s just 10 minutes from ‘Worldeye’, so very conveniently located if you came for a eye surgery. The breakfast is very good as well.
