You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyI didn't like that the check in times are fixed. I traveled by train, and arrived there at 6:30 am, and had to wait until 14:30 for my check in, which was really tiring. Also there is no place where you can leave your bags, so the last day I also waited for hours in the lobby, until the time came to go to the train station. Everything else was just fine.

CanadaFront desk is only staffed after 3 PM. Hotel entrance is locked until staff arrives. There are coffee shops in walking distance if you arrive early. No air-conditioning in my room, which might be a problem in the summer.
A very good hotel in its class. Not a five-star hotel, but a comfortable, clean, old-fashioned family run hotel, common with business people, and regional travellers. Located across the street/canal from the centre of the city with its pedestrian malls and restaurants.

GermanyAfter tasting the coffee, I rather opted for tea at the breakfast. The free WiFi had extremely limited bandwidth. For some reason, I couldn't regulate the temperature of the shower, which was rather hot - the temperature knob of the shower in my bathroom was either been replaced with one not turning, or just stuck.
The bed was very good, and the breakfast was versatile. The location was within walking distance of the city center, and close to a bus stop with many lines. Also, the staff was helpful with any questions I had.

SwitzerlandThe reception worker was super duper nice by staying after her shift ended waiting for me, because my train was delayed. The breakfast was nice too, and the location is unbeatable, close to the train station. Some people will find the decoration a bit outdated, but for me it was fun, like a trip travel in time back to the 80's. I would recommend for a few nights or a business trip.

United KingdomI didn't stay at the Antares. When I arrived the hotel was closed and a notice on the door informed me that I had been moved to another hotel some distance away.. The receptionist there was somewhere else and I had to wait some 10-15 minutes for her to show up. When she finally arrived, she did explain that I had been moved because the Antares had been fully booked for a conference. I parked at the Antares as booked but had to walk some way with my luggage to the other hotel, which although satisfactory was simply not what I had booked.
I didn't stay in the Anteres but was moved to another hotel. The standard of this was good, but it was not what what I had booked. The Antares is better located.

TunisiaBreakfast was just basic nothing fancy, limited choice. Room was dirty. Dust on the wardrobe, stains on the carpet. Very run down old room. But the bathroom was the worst of them all, broken fixtures and filthy, dry urine in the toilet seat. I complained to the receptionist and he offered to give me a different room but I declined since I had already cleaned the toilet seat myself with soap and toilet paper myself available in the bathroom. I had asked for two separate single beds. They were still connected together so I had to disconnect and move them myself. Bit OMG the bathroom, and it wasn't just the the toilet seat it was black stains and hairs in and on the bathtub. Black stains under the sink etc.
It was a quiet room just as I had asked. Location was not bad (near the train station).
