The room was small and in need of an upgrade. I saw stains on the furniture and the curtain was not properly aligned. Event hough the room was clean, the furniture was very cheap looking and inappropriate for a 4 star hotel.

Nice friendly staff, convenient location to Kudamm, comfortable bed. Public transportation including both U and S bahn stations nearby and easy use.

Aircon was not the best

It was not that central, as it was presented in a description of the hotel. Be aware, that you gonna use lots of time on a public transport. The hotel staff was the worst... Not friendly at all, and gave us a misleading information, which is absolutely unacceptable. We asked for directions to any lake with a beach area, since it was really hot. The receptionist barely spoke English and asked a couple of her colleagues for help. In the end she gave us a wrong direction, so when we arrived where she told us, it turned out we would have to walk many kilometers to the beach. We asked people there and they laughed, explaining us, that the beach is really far away. We ended up making a new long route to the beach. As we arrived early in the morning, I emailed the hotel in advance, requesting an early check in. They replied, they will do what they can. When we arrived, no one knew anything about my request and the girl at the reception kept giving us fake promises and never actually made an attempt to contact a cleaning staff, asking to clean our room. From what we could see, we were the only people waiting, so I can't see why they could not start cleaning out room and be nice to the two tired women, one of which is pregnant and would appreciate some rest after the long journey. Not cool at all. Their breakfast was pretty good, but costs 18 euro, which is totally overpriced. Aircondition didn't really work. We didn't wanna use our time on fixing it, so ended up opening windows instead. But I read some reviews about them having this issue even before, so come on... It's hot in the summer, sure it should work and the quests don't have to use their time and energy on that. Fix it, folks! The cleaning is only after request, which was okay for us, but honestly also a bit demanding that u have to keep an eye on it.

The hotel is new and stylish. Located in a quiet and safe area. Lidl supermarket is just around the corner. Our room was nicely decorated and spacious. There's a coffee machine, a kettle and a little fridge in a room, which was helpful. Also a good backyard. The price was very fair for a 4 stars hotel. A very nice bartender lady, cheers from Denmark!

At arrival, the bathroom was not very clean. I had to clean the toilet myself with some substances that I bought from Lidl. During my stay, the room was cleaned by request and everything was fine.

The environment of the hotel is better than in the center. A bus station is near the hotel and the S bahn is 5 minutes away. Nearby there is a Lidl and a lot of restaurants. I enjoyed the breakfast, and appreciated the watter with lemon and Orange slices that was every day at the entrance for hot days and also the fruits or croissants near the watter. Free of charge. Nice attention from the hotel. I enjoyed the bed, it was very comfortable and also the devices from the room: watter heater, hair dryer, refrigerator.

We couldnt find any music channel in TV, you could add that. Otherwise everything was very nice.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Park Plaza hotel in Berlin, and I must say it was a remarkable experience. The staff was kind, attentive and welcoming, and my room was clean and spacious. The building is located near Savignyplatz S-Bahn stop, making it super easy and quick to reach the city center. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable (and comfortable!) getaway in Berlin!

I liked the modern style of the room with big space and a famous actress picture on the wall - just to remind us anytime about her interpretation in movies. It is a good hotel and surely will have to come back and enjoy my staying in the city.
