The bathroom has a compact shower area and a toilet bowl that is higher than usual.

We had an amazing experience at this place! The staff members were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. The breakfast menu offered a great variety of choices, and everything tasted absolutely delightful. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming environment.

I booked a twin room months in advance. A couple of days before my trip I had to pay an extra €27 just to "upgrade" to a twin room. Not good.

You can hear the rooms around, poor lighting in the bedroom, no place to put the toliet paper.

It is located so close to the „party street“ and lots of night/strip clubs so the area does not feel safe, especially if u are alone. The pillows could be more comfortable too

The hotel is very close to S-Bahn, the room was small but clean, wifi was working too. The bathroom is extremely small, there is just a toilet and shower, (so the sink and mirror is inside the room ) which was honestly not a problem for me, because it was clean

The walls are very thin - you can easily hear your neighbors talking. The lighting in my bathroom didn't work properly and I had to use the bathroom in the dark.

Excellent breakfast with variety of German food . The staff is really friendly and welcoming. The hotel is located conveniently near to the S-bahn and in St. Pauli. If you want to go to the city center of Hamburg it is a good 30 minutes walk.

Though the surroundings are looking not so attractive (at the moment of my stay), the hotel meets basic requirements and can be considered for stopover / short stay indeed. It provides great value for money, taking in account included breakfast, car parking and very friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel is centrally located near Reeperbahn. Also close to underground (U-bahn) station Reeperbahn. Rooms have all you need, though bathroom with toilet is small. It can be noisy in the area, but with windows closed it is all quiet. Parking space at the back (you can't make reservations) very convenient. Pricewise very good hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast good. Very good Wifi.

The neighbourhood where the hotel is located is quite strange. We saw a lot of sex shops around and strange people.

Bathroom was a bit small 😄 Not that it was a problem, but still surprisingly small.

Wounderful personnel who went beyond what can be asked to have a satisfied customer leaving. Very close to Reeperbahn if you're visiting for the night-life, however, very quiet so that you can get a good night's sleep.

I'm totally nitpicking, but maybe another light source near the door? With my room only having its main light as an accent light in the windowframe, and a small table lamp, it felt that the closet next to the entrance of my room seemed unnecessarily dark. But this comment is just me being overly critical.

I loved the welcoming during my first night there. It made me feel at home immediately. Basically this Hotel and its team are VERY flexible as long as you communicate what you want or need. Hope to come back here at some point!

Bathroom was a bit tight but no major issue for a short business stay.

For a 2* hotel it was pretty decent and comfortable for a short work stay in Hamburg. Located near the port and at the periphery of the Red Light District. Room was clean and breakfast was pretty decent. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Location was good, reachable with a number of underground stations. The room was big, over the Hotel entrance, with no disturbing noise.

Located in the heart of the red-light district. Lots of restaurants, bars, shopping and legal adult entertainment. The room was small but well appointed. Melli was awesome & Jimmy Hendrix stayed here.
