I do have two suggestions: a modern and free safe in the room, a few more TV channels in English including a news channel and MTV or equivalent.

We’re repeat guests here - always choose it because it has parking and an elevator and fun decor. Halfway between train station and historic downtown, it’s a 10 minute walk (opposite directions) to either.

Great hotel close to the conference centre in Wiesbaden. Everything was good. I attended a conference and needed to work from the room a bit here and there. Internet was fast enough and the hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was lovely. Not a massive spread but everything that was there was of excellent quality. Fresh fruit salad, some cold salads, tasty scrambled eggs and sausages, very good bread choices, home baked cakes, cheeses, charcuterie, all really good quality. The coffee was delicious. Apparently they did some extensive testing before they chose the beans and it showed. Will be back to next year's conference.

Quiet and pleasant room with a very adequate shower. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the main railway station and perhaps slightly closer to the old town. It was perfect for me and very easy to find, as it's on the main road between the station and old town. Breakfast was very good too.

It can be noisy as it is at the intersection of two city streets and there is currently road construction. There is no air-condition, which I was aware of when booking, so I use a fan so that I can keep the windows closed at night for the quiet. This works well for me but might be an issue during a particular hot spell.

I'm a repeat customer so obviously like staying here. The location is right between the Marktplatz and the main train station, so it's a 10 minute walk to either. Staff is always helpful and there is the possibility of parking as well. There is a lift and rooms are well supplied with amenities. The room I stayed in this time had a safe, a mini fridge and a microwave. The Hollywood movie decor adds to the fun and atmosphere.

The parking was a bit difficult but still better than having to find parking on the street.

The receptionst upon arrival at the hotel was extremely nice and helpful. As it was very hot we asked for a fan, which was promptly delivered. When it didn't work properly, a second one was brought just as promptly, both delivered with a very nice smile and the request to call if anything else was needed. The room itself was spacious and spotlessly clean.

A little bit difficult with baby carriage (some stairs before elevator), but manageable. Noisy from the street, but only with open windows.

Everything was perfect. The place was clean and pretty. We were supposed to leave on Monday, but we would have had to be home by 2 pm. Since Deutsche Bahn cannot be trusted, we decided to leave on Sunday. They agreed with us leaving a day earlier and even charged us only for 2 nights. We had to request it through the app, but it all worked out in the end.

We liked everything about the property. It is a beautiful building. There is an old Hollywood theme to the decor with 20’s style furniture and old photos of film stars in the walls.

Star-Apart Hansa is very conveniently situated close to the train station and the RheinMaine Conference Centre where we attended a workshop.

not a big deal, but hotel phone line was not working in the room. they proposed us to change room, but we didn’t.

the hotel has some historical style, it is comfortable, it has a good restaurant and the staff is so nice and helpfull.
