Beautiful, cozy, and clean interiors with an amazing view from the balcony. The staff were also super helpful and friendly. The location is a bit away from the Old Town, but there's a tram stop one minute away, which was very convenient for moving around as a tourist.

The concept of “being at home” is real. I loved every single aspect of the apartment - cleaning, infrastructure, silence. During all my stay, I could do the check in and the check out using the totem very easily! It is close to a big supermarket (Kaufland) and, in a few km, you are in the central station. I also loved the recommendation of restaurants and leisure activities prepared by the staff of Black F. They think of every detail to make our stay more pleasant! In summary: just book it!

Trouble checking in, the front door didn't work so we had to use the side entrance. The computer terminals wouldn't accept our booking code so we had to dial the number that was on the reception desk. The lady who answered was very helpful and sorted it all out for us but it did take longer than expected. No reception cover over the weekend.

Nice spacious room with a great balcony. Very clean and everything you need if you want to prepare meals here. But there's a great restaurant, Urban Eight, next door. Lovely rooftop terrace and the reception area is nice.

They dont have daily cleaning unfortunately and for thr clean towels I have to pay 10€ . And for daily cleaning they charge money . At least clean towels could be free.

The was not cleaned. Towels were not changed. Although it was appartment with kitchen, basic supplies, like salt, pepper and oil, were missing.

There was a big mixup with the credit card payment and I ended up being charged three times. As there was no one on site, this became challenging. Messaging through Booking solves the issue very promptly and refunds were issued accordingly.

Loved the location, beautiful building, everything you need in the studio and right on the tram line. I would definitely stay again!

I didn't like the fact that the rooms were only cleaned once a week. If that was the case, extra towels, toilet paper and tissues should have been provided.

The location was good. It was close to the tram. Rooms were modern. Check in and check out was simple and seamless.

1. Limited Laundry Facilities: One aspect to consider is the laundry facilities. During my stay, I noticed that there was only one washing machine available for the entire building's use. This led to occasional wait times, which might be inconvenient for guests with tight schedules. 2. Kitchen Amenities: While the kitchen in the apartment had the essentials, I did notice that it lacked a range hood. Having a range hood can be beneficial for guests who enjoy cooking as it helps in managing cooking odors and maintaining air quality in the kitchen area.

We had a wonderful stay at Black F Tower. The apartment was very cozy, the view in the rooftop garden is awesome and the location is perfect for exploring the city. I'll definitely be returning on my next trip!

The bed provided direct access to the room only for one person, since it was attached to the wall. The other person has to climb literally above the other.

The room was a wonderful oasis with comfortable beds, a great shower and a very nicely appointed kitchenette which we did not really use. There is a nice restaurant nearby and for drivers, there is parking and easy access to points on the city and beyond.

For the underground parking, it would be great to have clear signs for Black F Tower customers arriving as nothing was shown and the Black F Tower Staff were contacted by phone for directions. The Family Suite bedroom had a metal/glass sliding door to close, however, with the kids sleeping on the sofa bed there was no privacy. It would be good to have blinds or curtains when closing the sliding doors. The light bulb directly above the table with the 4 chairs was a bit too low and family members kept bumping their heads when leaving the table. Otherwise everything was great!

The tower was quite modern with all the latest equipment provided in the family suite. The view from the room was amazing as it was on the 12th floor. Rooms were clean and instructions were clear for using the facilities. The lift was quite fast and efficient taking you within seconds to the desired floor. The roof top on the 16th floor had an amazing view of Freiburg. The underground parking had very clear signs for Black F Tower customers who had previously reserved. The parking here was greatly appreciated especially in rainy weather conditions, car security and a feeling of 'arriving' home' after a long day!
