Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

the checkin and out times. no staff on site. the furniture style. there is no view. parking very narrow
The beds are amazingly comfortable, everything was very clean, the kitchenette comes handy and there is parking.

Nobody to reach in the venue in case of a problem. The room number does not shown in the self check-in, instead it is sent as an email (which could be improved, please just show the number in the screen instead of emailing), so if the email does not arrive, you're damned. That's what happened to me. There is no digital way to learn your room number in the premise and nobody to ask if you come after office hours, which ends at 11:00 (check-in starts later). I had to try every room in the premise with my key card with my luggages to find my room. Though I should add that when I messaged them on booking, they replied within 30 mins, but I didn't know if they would be able to do that since there is no emergency contact or anything so I saw their message after having tried all floors and all apartments and found my apartment.
Spacious room and comfortable.

Difficult to check in through the fully automated reception, wasn’t ready for that. Wifi is absolutely terrible so don’t plan on using the internet to get important travel info or make/research plans

Unable to receive internet in our room (322). No problem when stood by router in the stairwell but lost connection when moved into room. Email sent to info@ address but no reply ever received.
Great quality accommodation, superb breakfast, great location (15 min walk into centre of Konstanz).

WiFi - terrible connection and we mainly used our mobile data. Tiny and expensive car park
Close to town centre, quiet area, super clean, modern and spacious apartments.The staff was friendly and the rooms have really big beds that are probably the most comfortable I have ever slept in in a holiday accommodation. Would definitely stay there again.

I am a lawyer and work while traveling. I lost billing hours because the “no internet connection” was probably down 95% of the time. The TV had issues, I sent a message and had a reply 12 hours later. After we booked, all the emails were in German. I had to download a language app to read the messages the best I could. They replied on the TV, 12 hours later, all in German. That was what my message was about, everything is in German. Frankly, I found them to be very unwelcoming to people that don’t speak and read German. If you need to work and require internet and don’t speak German, good luck. I would never stay or recommend to anyone this facility.

They will not answer the phone! Ever! Only emails and the person on the other side will not give you a name. A shame the owner has to put up with such attitude and bad employees. Never had a bad experience. This is my first bad review
Great facility BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! we where confirmed to arrive a day later and still charged 2 nights for a 1 night stay. Insulting messages from management.

Everything was good only the noise disturbed me cause of construction work this time at morning 10 am sound. When they were working in house this time i waked up cause of noise earlier.
Everything was perfect and comfortable and lot facilities and big balcon i loved it . I will suggest others to come here.

There was literally no one from the management there. It might be because of holidays or so. But if some one would be there just to answer some basic questions or provide some basic things. It will be great.
