The building is old but the apartment is clean and cosy, all the things we needed we found in the apartment, the owner is nice and helpful. All good, we will come again if the road take as there ..

Parking is not easy. I had to search around the apartment for some time untill I found a good place to park my car. It is better if you drop your luggage in front of the gate first.

Clean, I had to call them 30 minutes before arrival then someone was waiting for me there to give me they keys. He also Showed me how to go to city center and the important places to visit. Very friendly!!

As an old building the heating in winter could be better. The feather duvets were appreciated in particular because of this.

Very nice welcome, there was a hiccups at the booking (too small accommodation booked) that was kindly and quickly resolved by the owner.

We had to find street parking nearby. Not having a separate living room wasn't ideal.

- Sleeping with a fridge in the same room can be difficult for light sleepers, make sure you bring earplugs - Bedsheets could be upgraded - it's necessary to log in to wifi every time you use it again, would be better if it just stays logged in like regular wifi

The apartment is slightly dated but that is to be seen from the photos, and it does not disturb.

Very friendly host, extremely spacious apartment that could accommodate 8, well-equipped kitchen, newly renovated bathroom, very comfortable beds, we managed to find a parking spot downstairs in font of the gate (free on charge on the weekend).

That the "2nd bedroom " was actually a kitchen with two beds. I wish that was made clear.

Easy/close access to the Plärrer station which is super well connected to the public transportation. Washing machine. Microwave. Bathroom separate from toilet.

The host was very responsive and helpful with finding parking, explaining the rules for parking (as it is my first time driving in Germany) and finding my way in. Old town is within walkable distance. The room is clean and the hairdryer was very good to have.

One of the beds squeaked at every turn, so I had to put the mattrass on the floor to get some sleep…

The owner was waiting for us at arrival and handed us the keys. The appartment is fine for a short stay, but since we had to sleep in the kitchen/living room (our kids were in the bedroom) I would not stay langer than two nights. It was clean and well equipped. The citycentre is only a short walk away.

No real complaint but I can imagine the on-street parking may not be as smooth as it was for us. We found a spot directly under the windows of the apartment, and also it was free of charge on the weekend, but if I understand the traffic signs well, it would be paid parking during working days.

Great location close to the historical center. Spatious apartment. Keys prepared in a safebox, for code we had to phone to the owner but it worked perfect.

The first floor room can be a bit noisy at night when you have to open all the windows with the warm weather we had, but other than that all was food.

Room was clean and she was very prompt getting us the key, and also helped me get a free parking spot. We chose this place for its location close to old Town and it was a short 3 minute walk.

The furnature was a bit outdated. We had a hard time parking the car. The kitchen could use a freezer.

It was a very big and clean appartement. The kitchen had a oven, microwave, coffiemachine and washing machine.

Big rooms and an easy walk into the historical center

Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning, which is not surprising, in a building of that age. There weren't any fans in the apartment, so we bought a cheap one and left it behind for the next guests. The fan was necessary to get any sleep in the heat. At least the neighborhood was quiet, so we could keep the windows open for the eventual nighttime cool down.

The location was very convenient. There was an available elevator, but since we were on the 2nd floor, we just walked the stairs. The rooms were very spacious; the apartment we stayed in could have slept 8-10 people quite easily. The washing machine was handy, and clothes dried readily overnight on the drying rack that was also in the room. The coffee maker was a standard drip machine, and there were filters and coffee available for use. The refrigerator was a good size, and the freezer froze water bottles solid. There were adequate towels provided in the bath. Although the location is a block off a major street, the neighborhood quieted down by 23:00.

The Wifi connection was extremely poor. The microwave didn't work and the apartment heating could have been better.

The property is in a residential location. It was very clean, spacious and family friendly. The furnishings were quite modern and in great condition. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well-equipped for making up a meal. The bathroom was also very well stocked up with towels.

Not quite did not like but it is a grumble, - The loo is seperate and is so cold....! The hall way aswell is cold so we had to have the doors closed. to keep the heat in the rooms - when we did this the rooms were toasty!

location was excelent - so near to U-Bhan 1, this allowed us to travel to the Messe (exhibition,) very easy. The apartment was ver spacious and the bathroom was excellent - a big shower that was great for the mornings and proper HOT water too. the host was excellent and met us to hand over the keys.
