Street entrance was trashy and super shady. Doors keypad system was difficult to deal with, I injured my hand several times because the door knob just did not work properly. Space was generally clean, but once looking into details just it was just dirty. I did not even want to put my clothes onto the shelves. My room had a lot of traffic noise - It sounded like I was sleeping on the street although windows were closed. For bathroom I had leave my room and use separate key - there were no instructions whatsoever. Had to figure it out myself, reception never replied regarding the matter...

Good public transport access, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Kitchen was ok and had all necessary equipment for cooking your own meals.

Cold staff, we were moved rooms halfway through our stay, access to rooms was via confusing key pads, the room we were moved to did not have a working toilet so we were given access to a second room with another room within it to use their toilet meaning to go to the bathroom required 3 6-digit codes

There was an intense smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor, which penetrated into the room. The corridor is generally in a rather deplorable state, it looks more like a prison. The entrance door to the rooms does not look very durably - I would definitely not recommend leaving valuables in the room. The fridge in one room was very dirty and smelled. The window did not close fully and cold air came even when the window was closed. One of the two radiators was not working and it was not possible to properly heat the room. One of the sunblinds was broken. The hotel responds to messages with a long delay. The self-checkin instructions were confusing. The hotel has incorrectly set room filters on Booking.com. In the search filter, I checked that I require a kitchen. In the end, I booked the room that the search engine offered me. In the description of the hotel, it is written in two places that a kitchen is available for cooking. In one room, however, there was no kitchen at all, and in the other, yes, it was, but in a terrible state - everything was dirty, missing basic equipment. The hotel then replied to my complaint that I had not ordered a kitchen.

Spacious room, simply but sufficiently equipped, clean in the room. Comfortable bed. Free coffee and tea available. The view from the window was also nice. Good accessibility to the center, the bus stop is right in front of the house.

the receptionist was very rude upon arrival so we went out of our way to avoid seeing them again. the beds were not very comfy but for the price i wasn’t expecting the ritz. It was also very loud and very warm during the night but that’s also part of being near the city. The outside of the building was quite dingy and we were on the third floor and there were no lights in the hallway/stairways at night.

The location was handy enough, 5 mins walk to the S bahn and lots of small food places around. The shared kitchen between 3 rooms was very handy and as we went during a quiet time of year we had it to ourselves. a very good shower as well. The room was very minimal but it was very clean and appeared the same as in the photos.

I know you often read about rude staff but I often have a different experience to what I’ve read in reviews…BUT in this instance my experience was just what I’d read about. Upon check-in the man in reception was extremely rude, brusque & dismissive - quite an unpleasant chap by all accounts. The cleaning lady I encountered in the corridor a couple of times was very pleasant. My room wasn’t actually cleaned during my 4 night stay but when I asked her for toilet rolls she was very pleasant & accommodating. You could write your name in the dust on the skirting boards around the room. My room had quite a badly damaged door where it looked like someone had tried to rip it off. My room 201 has a fire escape right outside my room which is where folks go to smoke. The window by my bed was about half a metre away from it so all the smoke came in, it was disgusting!! The lights down the stairs didn’t work for several floors so in the evening the stairs between these floors were pitch black. Folks urinate in the stairwells!! Disgusting again!! Puddles appear that weren’t there earlier & from the smell it’s quite clear what they are! Multiple police vans were making arrests at the Turkish bar downstairs several times during my stay. The windows are useless when it comes to sound proofing. There’s a really busy road below & when you close the windows it blocks out none of the sounds of the traffic. The seals on the shower were gone & it absolutely soaked the floor. The showerhead fastener on the wall had gone so you had to hold the showerhead whilst showering…well I wedged a bit of card in & it held it in place. all in all it was quite dire! The boiler above the toilet leaked onto the bathroom shelf where ur supposed to charge your toothbrush.

The price. The fact that the room came with a shower, fridge & a kettle.

The area is not suitable with children. Lots of traffic, sirens all night, There was a strong canabis smell from a local bar but also inside in the hallway of the apartment building. Many smoke/fire detectors in the building where beeping all the time. The apartment had a lot of damage, broken shower, doorhandles broken, TV not properly working, bent and missing curtain rails.. Hygiëne was questionable. Dusty under the beds and you don't expect to find socks and crown corks. There was nobody in the reception to report to.

Whole appartment with basic appliances, good for a short stay. Very practical and factual communication with the staff.

The shared kitchen was unfortunately not clean when we arrived. Trash and dirty dishes of the other guests were lying around, this made us not feel welcome. The facilities seem very old and partly unsafe. The building itself has quite a rundown and shady feel to it.

Has an elevator and shared kitchen with working fridge and dish washer. Location close to public transport. Room itself is very simple but seemed clean.

The accommodation was what I had expected. The location is easy to reach being close to an S Bahn station and there is also a bus to/from the Main railway station. Everything was provided as described but the bedroom is quite basic. The kitchen area was well equipped and this was an asset at a time when some restaurants are closed though I did find two good eating places nearby, a steak restaurant and opposite an excellent Indian restaurant.

- I could not find any one at reception and on the phone. Had to make multiple calls to find some one to ask about possibility to extend my stay. - The internet password was not provided in the room and had to call and earch for some one to give it to me. - The bathroom door was not fixed. - The bathroom walls and doors were not clean and had small dirt spots on them and also floor of shower area (with small tiles) was dirty and black. It was so bad that it prohibited me from showering during my stay :( Maybe if you are easy going you would not mind :)

It is good with had all required items for basic type of accomodation such as a small fridge. It is central location with good bus connection and AlDI/Lidl nearby.

Quite noisy from the crossroad in front (also at night), no curtain and no basin in the shower, water temperature adjustment is not working properly (water or cold, or too hot)

Room was warm and clean; there is a table to work on with cattle, cups, tea-instant coffee-sugar on it; bed was comfy; wifi worked well, also during video calls.

The cleanliness was...totally absent. The shower drain was clogged so the water flew out of the bathroom. Water was also dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom. The bed sheets were not freshly washed, and had hair on them from previous travelers. The entry to the building was as dirty as a ghetto. The reception was closed all the time. Absolutely horrible.

The entrance isn't easy to find, as the "hotel" isn't a separate building, but part of a larger condo. In addition, the receptionist apparently wasn't in a hurry to open the door when I rang; I wonder how long I'd have had to stand outside if someone else hadn't opened the door to exit while I was waiting. Worst of all, the windows were leaking a lot of noise from the large street outside, to the point that I needed earplugs to sleep. Even calling this a hotel is a stretch – check your expectations when booking.

Access to public transport is good, and there is no shortage of food places nearby. The Wi-Fi works without a hitch. The room contains a refrigerator.
