Refrigerator in my room wasn't working. It wasn't ideal, but did not matter too much in the end.

Room was clean and comfortable. I did not use the restaurant or bar facilities, so I cannot comment on the quality, but the ambience was nice and the staff were friendly and forthcoming. The best part about the hotel is it's location, several amazing Asian restaurants around, and the city center is just a 15-20 minute walk away.

The room was so warm and the air conditioning didn’t work properly. We had to sleep with the windows opened to let some cool air in. And because of this we had to endure the noise from the street.

The room was clean and well decorated. The location was superb and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was great, everything you could possibly want, offered in a nice environment. Location is pretty good, with easy connections to city centre or old town. You can walk to the old town in under 30min

One of the lights in the bedroom needed to be fixed, and there could have been more USB outlets for internationals.

We stayed in a very comfortable, clean room on a top floor with easy access to the pool and spa. The staff was excellent, and especially helpful as we had to leave at 5am so unfortunately missed breakfast. Nice evening atmosphere in the lobby, even at a busy time in Duesseldorf. We'd return.

Our room was right at the end of the corridor so the wifi was very weak. Also, despite being friendly and helpful, the bar staff seemed to be very new and were being trained by the manager both evenings we were in the bar so took a while to be served. Another thing to note, and I'm not sure if this is across the board in Germany, but the wine servings were 100ml which seems incredibly small... far too small for me!

Room was excellent. Spacious and clean and the separate dressing areas made the room feel bigger. Check in was smooth and staff were friendly. Location was good with just a short walk to the shops, Old Town, river, etc.

Air condition was not properly working and felt a bit cold. Water pressure from the shower was really poor. Not a bad point but the height of toilet bowl was extremely low.

Location is perfect and its price is reasonable and room was big enough. Wind pressure from the hair dryer was strong! (which for me very good for business trip to save time)

The only complaint i had was that the room was very hot and we couldn't open the window. The ventilation for cold air didn't work that well.

I liked that i put in my request for a two single beds and a bath in the room, the staff told me they would note it down but that it wasn't a promise since most of the rooms come with a shower. When we checked it i was surprised to see the bathroom had a bath! The room was very very clean which i loved. The sheets and beds were very comfortable, the staff was very nice, interactive and helpful. The location of the hotel is literally in little Tokyo and the city centre which is great ! You can just walk everywhere. Do your research tho since the stores are closed on sunday and monday in Germany haha. The spa had 3 sauna's one small one and two decent sized. The sauna reasonably priced. The only complaint i had was that the room was very hot and we couldn't open the window. The rest was great ! I will definitely be back.

Prices a little high in bar but to be expected.

Nice hotel in good location near the town and markets and short walk to station very convenient. The bar area was nice downstairs to relax after a long day.
