A complimentary bottle of still water would have been kind - I arrived very late at night and there was no way of quenching thirst at bedtime. The mini-bar only had fancy sparking waters.

A coffee machine in the room would be a nice addition

The only thing I can mention is breakfast. The selection could be bigger and better.

All I can say is that our choice of hotel couldn’t be any better. Clean, spacious, nice and comfortable room. I can’t believe how good the sleep was both nights, room was so quiet and bed comfortable. Staff is really nice and helpful. We would stay there again and we highly recommend the accommodation to everyone. All public transport is nearby but you also can just walk around and easily get to attractions and shops.

Nothing could have been better

Clean and efficient hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and there was a supermarket only a 3 minute walk away. Continental Breakfast was great with a large variety of choices which you could choose from. This was only a 15 minute walk from the main train station as well which was helpful.

There is no real desk to work at -- the height of the small table made is a little awkward to sit at for a long period, but that's what I used. And the lighting was not adequate in that corner for desk work. So this was the only deficiency I had with the room

The room is laid out in an efficient manner with plenty of space and seating areas. The large windows and view was terrific -- unfortunately it was rarely sunny during my one week stay in Berlin. The small gym was a treat, I like to do some workouts when I travel to keep with my routine, and the sauna was an extra bonus - -used it once. The elevators quick and efficient (something that at most hotels are not). And the location was perfect for me to get on the U (across the street station) and get to my meetings within 10-15 minutes on most days. I only ate breakfast once at the hotel, my last morning, but the meal was fantastic with buffet and custom ordered omelette.

We loved the hotel, it was clean, modern and overall very pleasant stay. The stuff was super helpful and kind, thank you for your hospitality! Only suggestion we can make to the hotel is to put a sliding glass door in the showers- every time we took shower the whole bathroom was under water, even when i tried to take shower against the wall, didnt work 😅 I would still go back there next time regardless, because everything else and overall experience was TOP and we loved the place!

Excellent facilities (gym and sauna access part of the package, though we never had time as out in Berlin). Great location and breakfast. Very clean and comfortable room and helpful staff. Umbrellas available for the rain aswell. Catered for everything ! Would definitely return

No complimentary water, teas and coffees or a kettle but we were provided with a kettle when we asked. A bit too noisy for me, I'm a light sleeper and the trains must run under the hotel as you can hear them rumbling every so often. Also the traffic outside was a bit loud. A higher floor would probably be better for lighter sleepers. A couple of issues with our original room which were quickly rectified by the staff.
