There were not enough kitchen items in the kitchen like knife/ scissors. It was not possible to cook food as there was noting to cut vegetables. It would be nice if all the kitchen items are available in the holiday home.

Cellar unit downstairs, queen bed against wall corner so one person will need to climb in/out of bed. Staff communication not seemed welcoming, kept telling me to refer to email to find my room, had to ask multiple times. EmIl says room is “downstairs on the left”.

Good location in old town not far from Domplatz, secured bike storage.

Stairs were very steep and somewhat dangerous as they were uneven. Instruction for opening door could be improved. Should indicate whether to turn handle clockwise or counterclockwise

There wasn't any facilities to make tea/coffee in your room. No little fridge to store anything in. That would be my only negative. But breakfast downstairs was excellent!

The location was excellent - right in the old town. The hotel had a coffee shop down stairs which served breakfast - which was included in the price - and served wine, lunch etc. To walk downstairs and have it all there is fantastic! Plus, in the afternoon, sit outside and have wine is excellent. It's a popular place so keeps things interesting. Bed was comfortable and there was a window which looked out onto the river - it opened out which was lovely as there was no air-conditioning.

The room was on a busy walkway, which meant we didn't have much privacy and we had to keep the curtains drawn to avoid people peering in. The bathroom was rather shabby, walls were not tiled and were stained, the shower tube was dirty. The shower head only faced one way, making it very difficult to shower properly. The general maintenance of the property wasn't great...

The location is very central, close to the river, restaurants, cafés etc. Check-in was easy and we had a safe room to leave our bicycles. The bed was comfortable, we had everything we needed.

The two single beds in one bedroom were very bad. You couldn’t move without risking a creak and a squeak.

The location of the accommodation is outstanding. Grand old building. Very clean.

The checking in safe system. I followed all instructions but found my PIN number was already entered.... so nothing "clicked" or opened. So I had no idea where to find the key, or even if it had already been picked up! Luckily the cafe was open so I could ask for help.

Breakfast (extra) was in the Cafe, a lovely selection of homemade spreads, crusty bread, fruit and so on, definitely recommend. The location was excellent for visiting the Dom and old center. The room was cool because it is a very old building (it was up to 30 degrees when I was there).

Great location, a stone-throw from the historical centre of Passau. Lovely old building complete with creaking floor boards! Helpful friendly staff and a cafe close at hand.

We knew upfront but the floor is cracking a lot indeed. not too disturbing, but can’t deny it’s there. We were in an appartement with a stair to a lower level, this is a quite dangerous stair, especially when you have young kids or are a bit older. nonetheless it fits in the atmosphere of the apartment.

The location is outstanding, right next to St. Stephan's cathedral. The cafeteria downstairs as well as the breakfast were filling, full of choice and excellent coffee. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was tiny, but functional. Unfortunately, there was no kettle - this would be highly appreciated in winter months. The window was small, however, the curtain wasn't made for it and thus, we were awaken around 7AM on Sunday due to the light. :( Other than that, a very cosy and charming historical pension.
