Internet is available only at reach of reception network. In the room on the 2nd floor I couldn't reach reception network, and it is not possible to connect to any other network. At the reception I was told it is because of construction at the hotel, but from the room I could find other hotel networks but couldn't connect with given password.

Clean room which have everything you need on a trip, free parking.

Good location, both: when you go to the city centre (ca. 15 min by train), but more importantly when you are on your way to Austria, Italy etc. Reasonably priced hotel.

There was no possibility to clean the dishes if we wanted to use them more than once. The WIFI didn't work. We were able to connect to it, both on our own devices and on the smart TV, but the internet connection didn't work. There were some renovations on the first floor (where we were located) between 7 AM and 5 PM, but we didn't hear any noise (as we arrived after 5 PM and left before 7 AM).

The check-in process was quick, the room was clean and had a nice design. The kitchenette had everything we needed for our short stay. When we arrived, there was room in the back garden to park our car (but the parking lot filled very quickly during the evening). We chose this location because it was pet-friendly (we stayed with 2 small dogs) and we didn't have any issues at all. There is also a small park right next to the hotel/restaurant to quickly walk our dogs.

Really only the building works going on, but they were finished at 5pm and hadn’t started by the time we left.

The hotel will be smart once it is finished. There were building works going on, so the hotel is only partially complete. The rooms are small but comfortable with double bed for single use. The location is good being only a short walk to Unterhaching S Bahn station taking about 29 mins to the city centre. It is also close to the motorway network. There is secure underground parking at no extra cost right now. The bar area is very pleasant with good service. Self service breakfast buffet was good. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Pleasant stopover

Room did not have kettle for hot water, and there was no refrigerator in the room as well. If you can overlook these two issues, this hotel is a great value!

Location and room was great. Convenient parking in underground garage carpark. There was always fruits at the counter, and the restaurant is good and conveniently located.

No kettle in room to boil water. No refrigerator as well.

Nice, clean and big room. Has power plugs on both sides of the bed. Free parking at underground basement garage is definitely a huge plus. Close walk to train station.

We had to maneuver through a construction zone to get to our room, and it was quite a walk from the elevator.

Our room had been recently updated, and everything was clean and new. There was plenty of parking. The restaurant had too few choices, but the food was wonderful.

The Wi-Fi it’s a no go. They are also renewing some parts, no coffe break, but even the coffee machine in the lobby was broken. Disaster

No breakfast - I was informed about the refurbishment of the eating area after making the reservation… Key-machine not great: after 22h, several people waiting outside having issues using the automatic machine in order to have the keys for the rooms. Extensive interface with the responsible person by phone was needed in order to get access to the room. At the end, all went just fine but it took a while :-/

We knew that there’s gonna be a reconstruction (even though it should’ve ended before our stay) but we didn’t expect the workers start doing big noise at 7AM!! That was a real bad surprise and the staff didn't even warn us about it. Also there are big differences between the photos published on booking and of course we had the worse looking room. We’ve missed some little fridge on the room too. But for the price it was okay.

The hotel room was clean and comfy, we've received free towels, bottle of water and some snacks. The location is great, there are restaurants, supermarkets, atms etc. close by the hotel. The train station is 5min by walk and it takes 15min by train to the Munich centre. I believe that after the reconstruction, the hotel is gonna be great.

Although the property said "minor renovations" were happening it was quite a major renovation which meant the lift didn't work, WiFi was down, very noisy of a morning and sometimes at night. Breakfast wasn't included, which was disappointing as that was a key feature for us booking this hotel. Communication was hard. Once the renovations are completed, it will be a beautiful hotel!

Beds were extremely comfortable and the design of the room was great. Walking distance to shops and S bahn. Restaurants around the area. We stayed for Oktoberfest and it was easy to get to the grounds. Facilities in the room were great too, coffee machine, microwave, kitchenette. We arrived earlier and they allowed us to check in, which was very accommodating and appreciated.

Building was under construction, it was more then advised. Staff weren't very helpful. Wifi wouldn't work in our room.
