To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Russia1)System with the reception at the 7th floor. I lived at the 2nd floor, and every time you need from the street go up with elevator to the 7th floor, than go through reception, change the elevator, and then go down to the 2nd floor. Same thing other way around when you'd like to leave the room. 2)Shower cabin barely has any division with the other bathroom space (toilet and sink). No door for the shower cabin or curtain. In this case the water is spilled all around the bathroom floor and it is always wet. 3)Very bad noise cancellation between rooms. I woke up in the middle of the night and heard like someone was snoring as they were sleeping next to me in my bed. 4)There is a fridge, however, no cable with plug. They state that cable can be asked at reception but only in important cases as for medical stuff. They explain it as they care about nature, save the energy and so on. Seems a little bit hypocratic when to get to the second floor you need to get up to the 7th floor and get back to 2nd. Why do you need fridge without plug anyways? Just completely remove it from rooms and bring it by request, in this case you do not need hundreds of fridges (one for ech room) but only 5-10. You say about nature care but keep buying and storing hundreds of fridges with no reason since they are not in work.

United KingdomI think it could be helpful if there was a kettle provided in the room for making hot beverages.
Location was excellent within close proximity of a U-Bahn (Wilmersdorfer-Straße) and an S-Bahn (Charlottenburg). It is within walking distance to Charlottenburg Palace. There are many eating places nearby for meals. I would also like to commend the female receptionist who works the night shift (unfortunately forgot to ask for her name) who was helpful in giving me recommendations on where to eat and visit.

Italy- The breakfast price: 17 € per person is quite high in Berlin, it was not value for money - In the room no flip flops were provided - The hairdryer was weak - The soaps were not recharged everyday

United States of AmericaThe elevator was broken the whole time we were there. Had to take stairs up to the first floor. The electrical sockets could be in a more convenient place, it was tricky to plug devices. The kettle was hidden away. When we brought it out there were no coffee cups and the cord was too short so we had to put it on the floor. Sockets are needed desk height throughout.
