The toilet was 1 meter from bed, in the rom.

No big issues, but in spite of automatic door closing of the room, they still slam/make noise. Also, the cleaning person did not come the 2nd morning. It is ok if they do not come every day, but I think this should be communicated to the guests.

It is a comfortable hotel with a nice, calm and darker interior and committed staff. Not too far away from the train station (unless you have heavy luggage). Breakfast excellent. Offers bike renting. Quiet and safe area. Reception open late night. Would visit again.

The Facility is bit expensive. I think they can improve the facility by providing bathroom or house slippers and USB Port socket.

No curtains in the bathroom: there was the special glass that's supposed not to make the inside visible from the outside, but being on the first floor, I would have preferred real curtains

Walking distance from the train station, very good wi-fi, the staff was really attentive, the room was very spacious and cosy at the same time, appreciated that guests can have access to coffee anytime at no extra charge through the stay.

The room has no air conditioning, but we knew it before reservation. For hot days (was 33°C) we had to sleep with the windows open and ventilator. But it was fine for us.

Awesome location, next to the train station and town center. The room is large, with good shower. Open 24h, it was important since we arrived for check in at 4am. The bed is amazing, best I experienced in many travels. I recommend.

Amazing modern room! Unexpectedly big both the room and the bathroom! Very clean with a good light inside. There's a fridge in the room. Great tasty breakfast with relaxing breakfast zone. Very fast check-in and check-out. Perfect location, not far from the central station, around 10mins walking past the Zoo.

Arthotel ANA Eden is a nice low budget hotel that still manages to have quite a bit of charm to it - and is a hundred times nicer than the more utlitarian budget hotels you usually get.

The cabinet that the fridge is in doesn't allow it to cool off. The fridge was over heating so much that it was barely able to cool the contents. Plus, it was creating so much heat The room needed extra cooling. When the door to the cabinet was left open, the refrigerator was able to cool off, stay functioning again and the desk and room wasn't hot anymore

The air conditioner in our room was quite loud. The rooms on the first floor are not as soundproof as on the higher floors in my opinion.

Good breakfast, very clean, nice style! I recommend it for a short trip to Karlsruhe. Also a good stay if temperatures hit new ceilings and you're after a chill weekend.
