Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe safe never worked. I mentioned it to the staff twice, and they said an engineer had looked at it. But it still never worked so I stopped mentioning it and had to carry my passport with me every day.
The room was cozy and quiet, whichnis important for a light sleeper like me. The hotel has that rarest of things - doors that shut quietly, so you don't hear the din of everyone departing their rooms in the morning. The wee kitchenette was small, but good for preparing some light meals. The bed was comfortable and staff was able to accommodate my request for feather-free bedding. There were a couple of odd things with the room that the staff were helpful in resolving.

GermanyThe service was not up o a 4 star hotel We had problem with the bathroom and instead of fixing it the water of the bidet was closed. So it became completely unusable. Parking extremely expensive for a night (24€!!!) Knowing there is absolutely no way to park freely outside the hotel , it seems they take advantage of the situation and sell park places at a very high price. Considering the price for one night the park place is almost 14% … in my opinion way too expensive!
Good Position Breakfast good and rich. Nice sauna

United KingdomPillows were extremely flimsy. Also, while the sauna is a great facility, it was disappointing to find on two separate days that there were clean water glasses provided in the rest space but no source of drinking water anywhere in the Wellness area to put into the glasses.
Room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was very convenient for me to walk up to the Marienplatz area to meet with colleagues. I didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on that.

MoldovaMy room was somehow too hot for me. But I think it could be fixed by addressing the stuff or studying for a few seconds more the air-conditioning panel.
The room was clean. Breakfast-excellent. I loved the kettle and the bathtub. If stayed more-probably could cook something))) I liked the location. Also had a pleasant run along the river. Stuff is excellent and helpful.

SloveniaThere was a mix up with rooms, which took quite a while to solve. Rooms are slightly outdated, but well equiped (even with a small kitchen).
Great location. Rich breakfast with typical Bavarian breakfast. The hotel also has a nice sauna.

IsraelCannot adjust room temperature. Microwave was broken, although they fixed it next morning. Lazy cleaning.
Spacious room. Laptop table with place for two people. Another table for dining. Kitchenette with microwave and stove. Grocery store next to the hotel. Very good spa with two saunas and infrared - opened for free every evening. Nice park to walk around. Easy access to public transport. Free fresh fruits in lobby and spa.

Sweden- it was a bit dated - old smell when entering, but fixed with opening the window for a bit - quite bed smell from the fridge But these things didn’t bother me much as lots of space and good sleep were the most important things I appreciated about this hotel. If not these little things, it would have been a 10 and I’ll definitely stay here again when in this area of Munich
- Very big room, lots of space - super comfortable bed and pillows, I slept great (not a given for me in hotels) - nice with a little kitchenette and bar seating area - great to have tea and coffee facilities, proper fridge - I asked for a quiet room and it was super quiet (I am VERY sensitive to noise for sleeping). It was next to the elevator so I was dubious at first, but with 2 doors to the bedroom, you could not hear a thing from the corridor (I stayed at the weekend). It was facing the inner garden - quiet location, but close to the center - supermarket next door - possible to turn off ventilation/aircon to make it quiet - possible to open the windows to air the room

GreeceThe cleaning service is only once per week. I think this should be improved and make it at least every three or four days.
The room was spacious and included all those considered necessary for my stay. There is a supermarket 10 meters from the hotel. The personnel was friendly and helpful. The second day of my stay I called the maintenance and they came straight away and fixed the problems.

GermanyThe unfriendly, difficult receptionist. My room wasn't cleaned the next day. Pitty about the unfriendly receptionist. She had a real issue because I couldn't get her my credit card immediately when I extended my stay for another day. I paid in advance for my room, though 💁♀️ I guess one may be rude... because you can.
It was great that the Hotel had undercover parking. Everything was nice and clean at arrival. The room was big and comfortable The staff was super friendly, except for the lady who trained the new girl.

The room had a really good size. The bathroom had a huge mirror. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. 1 water and beer of the minibar was included every day.

CanadaHotel was well aware that AC did not work in any of the rooms, however pretended that issues are "isolated". This hotel is not suitable for family travel as rooms are not designed to accommodate more than 2 adults. Other than that, everything was great!
Great, newly renovated rooms. Very clean and well suited for 1 or 2 traveller's.

United States of AmericaThe air conditioning is variable between the rooms - we had two and in one the AC worked well and in the other it wasn't as strong. It was NOT hot outside so I do wonder how well it would hold up in a heat wave. It seemed to be a very modern AC system so maybe they are still working the kinks out of it - I think the air handlers must have varying airflow, because it appears multiple rooms share the same compressors? Also, the water pressure out of the shower/tub was pretty weak and also varied between the rooms.. Again this may be a function of variations in the valving? The plumbing/bathroom fixtures and quality are very nice.
Fantastic location if you plan to use the bus system to see the sites - The buses are very good in Munich. Supermarket directly below the rooms - A+ for that too. Breakfast buffet with a nice relaxed atmosphere and scrambled eggs and bacon - very nice! The hotel is near the Isar river too for swimming. Bidets, kitchenettes, plumbing, and room decor all seemed new and very well thought out. I didn't use the sauna or gym but they looked nice. The staff were super nice too.

NetherlandsThe airco system didn’t work at all. The windows could be opened but there was a lot of noise and sigaret smoke coming from the street. So the rooms were hot in this time of year (July) The bathroom was extremely basic.

United Arab EmiratesUpon check in, you go to the room on your own. The furniture is quite used. That is cabinets, drawers and blinds are not always closing. I stayed for 12 days and requested twice to speak to the hotel director, however, s/he communicates by appointments only which I find quite disturbing. I left my business card upon check out but until now (4 days later) we never spoke.
Location and neighborhood is great. Many good restaurants nearby. Spacious apartment with kitchen. Daily service.
