Close to main train station and staff very friendly

Only one folding stand to hold our 3 suitcases that we were living out of. The closet was small. Inadequate drawer space for clothes, etc.

Breakfast had every thing we wanted and very good service. Liked the bathroom. The front desk was very helpful. The common area as well as the rooms were clean.

Did not like all the construction in the immediate area. While I didn't hear any noise from all of it, the widespread construction within multiple city blocks surrounding the hotel took away from its ambience. From what I saw, it's going to be a while until it's all complete, unfortunately. I would have rated the hotel higher if not for this.

Loved the room and location close to both the main train station, the metro, and Marianplatz Square.

The parking is ATROCIOUS. A lot of construction going on and so you have to walk 1/2 mile through rush hour traffic and construction mud to get to parking garage. It was AWFUL.

The deco of my particular bathroom was straight out of a Sofia Coppola, Marie Antoinette film set, it seemed slightly dated and very very pink, as opposed to the more modernist lobby.

Loved the welcome! The hotel seemed homely and the breakfast was great. A big shout out to the staff, from the front desk to the amazing team in the breakfast hall, and my bathroom was spotless.

We were going to go into the bar on a Friday night at 10pm for a drink but we're disappointed to find it was closed.

The location was perfect, 2-3 minutes from the center. The door man met us and helped us with the luggage and in general the whole staff is very nice. Excellent breakfast except that there were no salads (|

Hope they have a slippers available. The bathroom flooring is quite cold specially this winter and bathtub shower is high not really suitable for old or short people for safety reason

Staff is good and accommodating. Plus the perfume sample size of Dior Jadore is very much appreciated and good quality of soaps they use is L’Occitane in small bottles for personal use and more hygienic.

Great service at reception and great wines in the restaurant. Great atmosphere. We had a number of flights cancelled due to snow and the staff couldn't be more helpful to make sure we could stay with them in the same room.

The room was very spacious. Bed super comfortable. Huge bathroom with bath amenities from L’Occitane. Bathrobes were also available to use. Breakfast was delicious and you can order an omelet and bacon. Close to city center and a couple minutes walk to airport bus stop

Our room faced out onto the main road side of the hotel and it was quite noisy, with traffic and trams going by. Particularly on Friday night when people were heading home late, we're not sure if the windows might only be single-glazed rather than double.

Friendly reception staff, good central location, close to the main train station, and offer breakfast on-site. Our room was a good size with plenty of space for storing suitcases and clothes.

There was not even a complimentary bottle of water or slippers either.. I think that in a four-star hotel with this price there should be. You do not have enough tables for the number of people you receive. I had to have breakfast with another unknown person because we couldn't fit at the tables. On the last day I already had breakfast paid for but I had to leave very early for the airport and I couldn't have breakfast. No solution was offered to me (and the rooms do not have a coffee maker either)

The location was very central, the staff were very friendly (especially Akil, Ahmad and Emmanuel). Very clean too.

New hotel, nice reception, amazing service, clean rooms, everything new, Loccitane cosmetics in bathroom. Perfect balance of quality and price.

The room is quiet and cozy. Especially I love the tiny bathroom which is very clean and warm with heated floor.

Very nice interior design. Has lots of character. Nice and clean rooms as well. Staff are helpful. Food is excellent, both the breakfast and the restaurant. Well situated. Turn left out of the hotel and you are a minute away from the Hauptbahnhof, turn write and you are 5 minutes from Marienplatz.

It would be a good idea to have a kettle within the room, with tea/coffee options for free.

The hotel is situated in a sweet and quiet area, and very close to the train station (Hauptbahnhof), two minutes by walk. Also 1,1 km to the Marienplatz, we walked every day to the center and didn't have to use any transportation. The room was comfy, especially the bathroom was really large, clean and decorated with high quality equipments. We liked the breakfast, it had a lot of variety. When we evaluate the hotel in terms of price performance, it definitely deserves a high score.

Unfortunately our Alpine style room was situated on 2nd floor with orientation to street where trams and other transport flow 24/7. Very noise and also there was a very loud noise inside from a water pipe system. We had difficulties to sleep uninterrupted every night.

The hotel location as pointed out by many here is excellent. Walkable distance to centre. There is a very nice winebar restaurant (but make a reservation in advance). The staff is very helpful and nice.
