Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was only one small bath towel at the appartment each. no option to check in early or check out late
location was great and the flat was clean bright and nicely decorated. It is an ideal base for exploring Berlin. lots of restaurants shops etc just outside the apartment

Very spacious room and a great location! It was really easy to check in and out and found our room to be nice and quiet... even over New Years' Eve. It was easy to access main train stations from this location. We would definitely return.

ventilation inside wasn't great so it was a bit hot at night but opening windows would have made the place too cold.
Well organised digital check in, everything was as expected. The flat was perfect in a great location, walking distance from lots of sites or tube and tram. Great bakery just round the corner and three excellent restaurants in the street for evening meals. The facilities in the flat were perfect for a family of 4, with a main bedroom and a comfortable family of 4. Flat well heated as the temperature outside was very cold.

It seemed to have some ventilation issue. The windows looked as having mold because of heating and weather.
The location was amazing. The apartment had everything. It was stylish and good.

The online ID checking system was difficult, and the overall booking system that provides codes to open the doors should be simplified and should easily work on IOS and Android. Having said that, communication with the property manager was easy and I received an answer straight away ( for an issue not related to checking in), so I’m sure anyone booking this property will get help promptly if required.
Very comfortable spacious 1 bedroom apartment with a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The location is excellent, in the centre of busy Berlin, yet the apartment was very quiet. I would happily stay in one of these apartments in other parts of Europe, as I think it was really good value.

There were some crayon marks on the wall which made the room feel a little dirty. It would be great if they offered bag lockers to rent once checked out as there is no reception to leave a bag safely once checked out - this would make the experience that much better!
Home away from home. Good location. Possibility to cook. Nice vibe and gave us a room with a balcony as requested. Easy contactless check-in experience.

Minor things but it could be improved by instructions for using local stations on TV and for the dishwasher. This is any online access unit but there should be notice of a person available on site.
It was a wonderful unit. The location, near-by restaurants, street-life, access to city transit, well-maintained--it would be difficult to find a better place for cultural sites.

Entrance door was located on another street (around the corner) compared to the address provided. Gave a short stressful moment when I was told I was ‘in the wrong location’ (travelling with kids, arriving late). But all worked out after this
Very nice with a seperate bedroom vs living room. Area a pleasant surprise. Felt very safe and with lots of cafes, restaurants + small shops. Great apartment.

Fold-out bed was a bit uncomfortable. Advertised as having a washing machine in the apartment but it was in the basement of the building - with no information / communication that that was where it was. Not a problem, but had to message to find out where it was.

Prices were quite high but it was because of the marathon weekend.
