Simple check in and check out process, room is clean and quite spacious. Room is right above the restaurant, but it wasn't noisy at night. There was a mini fridge and a safe box. Its just a few steps to the Handwerkerhof Nuremberg and the U Bahn.

The stairs - we were on the 5th floor, no elevator, so not much incentive to return to the room until we were done for the day! Staff happy to bring bags up on our arrival which was great. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, though there is a fridge.

Large comfortable room, guesthouse is above restaurant/bar serving good local cuisine. Located just inside entrance to old city, across the road from central station - great location!

The beds were just two single beds pushed together. They must be on wheels as I woke up with a massive space between the two beds and it was impossible to stop them from rolling apart. Also, the shower has a 1cm gap between the wall and the door so no matter what you do, you will have a flooded bathroom. It didn't help that when I took a shower at first, the head wasn't screwed on properly - it fell off and you can imagine what happened after.

The location is fantastic and it's cool being in a really old-school south German building.

The location was fantastic, our room was on the 4th floor and had a great view. It was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner here as well a couple of nights, and the food, drinks, and service were very reasonably priced but very delicious. We'd definitely recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the old town but in a great location for transport links.

Advertised tea and coffee making facilities but didn't have them, had to hold shower head as wouldn't stay up on the wall on its own, we arrived early and couldn't get in hotel to even leave our bags so we could explore as doesn't open until 3, think you should at least beable to leave bags somewhere safe and that goes for departure to.

Loved the location 👌 we ate at the restaurant twice and was lovely food and friendly staff, room was basic but clean.

We were promised to get one double bed instead we got two beds pushed together. It was fine but made the nights as a cuddly couple kinda uncomfortable. We still made it work (and i think if we would’ve ask for a different room or Bed we probably could have figured it out somehow. (we just didn’t want to make a scene))

LOVED the staff. Very Friendly and welcoming and fun! The location was easy to reach. It was near the Main Station, Near the sweet little Handwerksmarkt and long story short just such a lovely Stay. (Also the Food at the Restaurant downstairs had very good food even tho the options weren’t really eccentric.)

There was no elevator or lift so it was taxing carrying our 2 weeks worth of luggage up several flights of stairs.

I like that there was a restaurant on site. We were given a welcome drink (beer.) The location to the train station was very convenient. It was a bit farther from many of the old town locations but it was basically the start of the Christmas market procession that runs down Konigstrasse.

They did not answer my question about early check-in. Tried via booking.com / their own website / phone call but they didnt answer any of these channels. Was quite frustrating. The shower booth in the bathroom wouldnt close completely. No Elevator

Small thing, but rooms were on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Not a big deal for us, as we preferred an inn experience. Just be aware. Also, no breakfast on site. But, plenty of choices nearby.

Very authentic, cute inn. A refreshing departure from a corporate hotel. We traveled by train and it is located just across from the station. Appears to be run by a family. We asked to drop our suitcases off because we were too early for check-in, no problem. Walking distance to the main town square through old town. A lot of restaurant choices close by. No problems with noise, temperature in the room was comfortable. Shower was nice.

Having to climb the stairs all the time as I have a bad knee.

It would ha ve been nice to have a breakfast as everywhere in the town was packed so we had a problem trying to get the first meal of the day.

There was no lift, no good for any with mobility problems.

Excellent location. No breakfast available, however plenty of places to eat close to hotel. Food available for dinners an and lunch were lovely.
