We feel like there’s not a big effort to care for new clients. There’s an elevator on the main house but the access is with a step.

Family apartment is of good size and has a nice balcony and bathroom. Restaurant food is also good.

The mattress was rather firm and only one flat pillow was available. On internet site, it stated that VISA was an acceptable method of payment, but when checking out, the hotel was not set up to accept VISA.

There is limited places to eat within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel has a beautiful restaurant but it is quite expensive.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Excellent breakfast in the morning and there is a secure room to store you bicycle. Room was very comfortable. Overall the hotel is excellent but it is quite expensive.

In very hot weather fans should be provided without having to ask for them. With automated check-in, the process works well enough, but does not allow for any special requests.

The rooms were nice and large enough. The breakfast was plentiful and good. We ate dinner at the hotel one night and enjoyed it. The hotel is located a short drive from a very nice beach in the next town.

Great location in a small village. Very convenient for traffic free bike routes around lake Konstanz. Safe and secure storage for our e-bikes and the ability to charge overnight. Confortable bed and very clean. Delicious, reasonably priced food in the popular restaurant.

Value for money is not exactly great, probably because of the low competition in the vicinity, but overall happy with my stay

The single room in Gaestehaus Sabrina had a rather short single bed and the room under the roof was quite hot at the end of the day. Unfortunately there was not even a small bar fridge to keep anything refrigerated. Access to the lake is very limited because much of the foreshore is a reed area.

Breakfast was very good with a good selection of options. The restaurant had nice food and offered outdoor dining. There are a few buildings, the double in the Fischerhaus was very good. The single in Gaestehaus Sabrina was okay. The rooms must have been recently renovated. The location is great for birdwatchers or people with boats because of the reedy foreshore and the local yacht club is adjacent to the hotel. Only a short drive to Radolfzell.

We booked a family apartment but when we got there they didn’t have it for us and offered a much smaller room in the ground floor with the balcony facing the restaurant terrace. When we refused to stay there they gave us an equal room but at least in the first floor, more private. The lady was not nice at all and would offer us for no cost the crib for the baby, something we didn’t ask nor needed. For our surprise, at the end of the stay they asked us to pay for the family apartment we didn’t use! Too bad to be real. It felt like the place is for friends or usual guests.

The check in through a code for the key box did not work. Hotel restaurant AND restaurant in the village were closed for dinner. Single room was very tiny and not too clean (spiders and moskitos). Breakfast was ok until the waiter fully opened all window with less than 10 degrees outside. Guests had to close them again as it was freezing.

Nice building with nice garden terrace(closed) and Radolfzell reachable by 10 minutes bus ride.

Perfect place to stay around Constantz lake! Large and warm apartment with 2 separate dorms, a comun living space and large balcony. Comfortable beds, large bathroom, very good breakfast with local/traditional choices and free parking place. Walking distance to ponton and lake view points.

After an awkward start because there did not appear a way to check-in, we called the host who confirmed our reservation and gave us a code to receive our key. After that was one good surprise after another. The room was fresh and clean, and the restaurant and breakfast was the best we have had on this trip.

NO service at all. We made our reservation on booking and choose this place because there is a restaurant. The restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday but we are not inform in booking. we arrived at 17 and the door was closed no one to receive us just a box with a number to give you a key with no indication in which building is your room(there are 4 building) For the breakfast is the weather refuse to give us a table in front of the window. I was very surprised because all the table of the same size for seats. I asked to print a document and no one was able to do it and the same waiter when I want to pay blame me because I don’t remember the price I’ve already seen on booking. They offer me a bottle of wine for apologies and you can’t understand I refuse this gift.
