Super friendly and helpful staff, nice large room, extremely comfortable bed, everything you need at a reasonable price. It may look like it's out of the way, but a 15 minute ride on the U-Bahn gets you into the centre of Frankfurt. Trains are very frequent.

In the midnight Fire alarm rang . Was bit scary but was not fault of the hotel. Some guest used the toaster and burned the bread.

Booked a room here because it had a sauna/wellness room, but unfortunately the sauna could not be used (not available at 15.00).

Easy to reach by car, located in a residential area. Spacious room with tv (Netflix and YouTube available). Friendly staff. Feels more like a home than a hotel. Also the breakfast room has a homely touch.

I opted to pay the fee for the "proper" breakfast, but I really would have been better off with taking the free tea/coffee and toast option as I don't have a huge appetite, so it was a bit of a waste of money really. (Although the dining rooms were nicely decorated.)

I got a large single bed which was actually very comfortable. Very friendly, helpful staff, and I got a great recommendation for a place to go for dinner. Car parking was easy and on site. Good value for money for a quick overnight stop before going to the airport the next day.

The neighborhood is not central. It takes around 20 minutes by metro to arrive to the center of the city but it is well connected. Also there is a little bit of noice from the metro.

The bedroom was nice and spacious. The bed and the bathroom were comfortable.

it is rather far from the center, although the metro is not far. There is no lift and you have to climb up the stairs with your luggage. Breakfast is 15€, way too expensive. The bed and the pillows were too soft, it wasn’t very comfortable and the bathroom was really small.

Wonderful place to stay! The twin beds are huge, and veeery comfy, the staff was very friendly and the tea and coffee facilities are so handy. Parking on site was easy and the subway is just 6 min walk away. I will come back!

Location is excellent. 500 meters from UBahn I was surprised with an Additional 8€ charge, after I already paid through internet site. We are Taxed to death by Corrupt everything. I believe it was for more “City Tax”. Look, we Loved our Upper room. Top of Trees, in Spring Summer with Balcony, very nice. Room is excellent, more like a small apartment. I just did not expect another 8-9% more in a Tax added on, after we paid. Only gripe. Oh, I believe breakfast would have been additional 15€ each. You can have Tea, Coffee, Toast with Marmelade

There was nothing that we didn't like

A lovely hotel. We had a family room which was very spacious and comfortable. We didn't try the breakfast but the kitchen that was available for toast and hot drinks was well stocked and very handy. There was only one night that we couldn't get in the car park and there was on street parking local to the hotel.
