We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaWell there are couple of things which i didnt like: a. breakfast spread could have been better with more varieties of fruits and breads b. Also i had faced issues with my rooms hot water at the bath, but the staff was good enough to change my room.
Location was excellent as we could roam in the nearby park and side by canal gave us a very nice photgraphic views.

SwitzerlandThe breakfast is by far not anymore as good as it used to be. Sorry. On both days, things were not being filled up, staff hardly spoke English let alone any German (in Munich!). Not sure where you are recruiting your staff working in the food and beverage section from. but they really lacked being professional. Sorry. You need to work on this. The staff at the bar served us. Cold Gulasch soup.

SwitzerlandI had a frustrating experience with reception. My room did not have a heating system working for the season (it was - 7 degrees in January). Without a heater, it was not pleasant to be inside, in my room, trying to work at the desk with my anorak on! It took 3 calls to get reception to do something about it. First call to reception I was told: "yes, we will send someone" I called a second time after 20 minutes when I was told " yes, we were told they cannot do anything about it" - "but why didn't you call back, and what solution do you propose? - "... let me call you back" - I called a third time after 20 minutes, when I was told: "we have a fan that makes noise you can pick up at reception..." I ended up asking for a new room and to get the key delivered to me. It was done. When the key was delivered it was done with someone who looked bothered by the task. The second room was exactly the same but slightly warmer. Maybe it was a bad day, it happens. or Maybe not.
The premises are nice, located close to the city center without the noise and the promiscuity.

ThailandOne thing that we found extremely unpleasant was the staff, particularly one woman with short blonde hair who had a very strong German accent, which we did not mind at all, but had a lot of difficulty understanding. Because we were stuck in Munich since airports and trains were completely shut down because of the snow. We had to stay for an extra night when we went down to book the extra night. We were asked to pay 50 deposit which we did when we arrived as well, it’s a €50 deposit for each night you stay. This was never an issue for us, however, we were a little confused as to how the deposit we already paid would be returned to us and how long it would take and why wouldn’t be able to transfer over the deposit to this new booking. We simply asked questions and the staff member was getting increasingly aggressive and almost wanting to move on and just sort of trying to force us to just pay and leave when all we wanted was our questions answered, we just wanted to understand how the process was going to work. She kept saying that the money would be “captured”which we sort of understood, what we didn’t understand is when we would get it back and how long it would take. We stayed in Munich on December 1 to the 4th. And to this day we have still not been paid back this “captured” money. The staff member also knew they were being quite rude and aggressive with the way they were talking because they tried to apologise for the way they were talking to us towards the end when we simply just couldn’t be bothered to ask any more questions and just paid. Only after we gave up understanding what was going on. Was she trying to take back the way she had acted. She also multiple times talked over us to other staff members in German, which was most likely about us not understanding. Completely rude, completely unnecessary. We were nothing but nice to her and all the other staff members and we could tell she was acting similarly to other guests as well.
The property itself was lovely. The rooms were very clean with a restaurant and many facilities to use. We happen to be stuck there during the snow fall in December. Which meant we were stuck in the hotel and really got to use the facilities to its fullest, which again we’re very nice hotel has a restaurant and bar and was very well facilitated.

United KingdomThe first room we were given smelt of cigars. We informed the lady on the desk who didn't really do much. We told her we were going to leave the balcony door open and see what it was like when we returned. After a couple of hours, we returned to find the room still smelt pretty terribly. We then went down to the desk and were greeted by the on duty manager who immediately changed our room, and then sent up a bottle of wine as it was our honeymoon. Why this didn't happen the first time round I don't know. There's a phrase that us English people say - "You can't polish a turd", and unfortunately that's what the staff had to deal with. Also, the pool was out of order when we visited - which was one of the reasons we came. As for the rooms, they are dated, they need updating. This could be a fantastic hotel. The views were lovely, looking out over the river and the trees of the park.
The views were great, the room was large and the cleaning staff was great. The breakfast room was large and had everything you needed. All the waiting staff were excellent and all was very efficient. The walk into the city center took about 20 mins but was thoroughly enjoyable and we often spotted a kingfisher in streams, and if you walked the correct way you could exit where the surfers were.
